Only just saw this now.....Haven't entered a contest before. Could give it a shot.

I think I understand it....maybe. Haven't created an NPC before and only done one species submission that was approved. So I guess I create a dev thread in case one is needed? It'll probably be by myself as everyone that I write with are busy, if that's allowed. It should be about 10 posts, right?

It depends on what you're doing if you need dev or not. If you're creating an NPC that is a Force master or are a rare or dangerous species (i.e: Sithspawn). If one has any significant resources, dev may also be necessary. A-rated elite NPC units will also require dev.

Dev threads are almost always 10 posts minimum. Solo dev threads should be fine!

Thanks I can't remember if my species was listed as rare. Probably not. I'll have a think and hopefully get the sub done properly to fit the contest. It'll certainly be a challenge.
