- Resistances: When first activated, it will easily withstand a number of attacks, primarily attacks from lightsabers and blasters. However as it keeps staying active, it will keep weakening as it keeps absorbing. Damage to the shield would eventually show on the crystal which can be replaced. The remainder of the bracelet (leather and metal) would be far less resistant than the shield itself and couldn't withstand any of the attacks from the list below).

SPECIAL FEATURES
The only special features currently would be the fact that the shield is emitted from a bracelet rather than a full arm bracer as it previously did with a the fancy design of the bracelet suitable both for males and females, and the fact that it takes an egg-like shape, with width at about 75 cm, and height at about 1,5 m (therefore, it wouldn’t envelope an entire individual but should be used to meet an immediate attack. The color of the beam is semi-transparent, dependent on the crystal color, which at the moment is either pale blue or pale green. Current bracelet model is uniformed.
Strengths:
- Protection: The primary purpose of the shield is to provide quick protection to the wearer of the bracelet, especially since the spell of protection at a Witch’s disposal requires chanting and time to be used.
- High Protection against blasters and lightsabers: Considering the technology, it best serves to protect the bracelet wearer from plasma type weapons and lightsabers.
- Protection of One: The projected shield can only protest the person wearing the bracelet, no one else due to the provided size of the shield itself.
- No environmental Protection: In no way can it be served to protect from elemental affects of any sorts.
- Force Lighting: While the Light-Shield could withstand a momentary attack against Force Lighting, any prolonged hits would drain the shield quickly.
- Water: Immersion to water would completely disable the item and short circuit the shield. In order to use it again, inside parts would have to be replaced.
When one is a Witch her entire life, one understand the necessity of protection and the time it requires to chant a proper shield spell which not everyone can recite and cast in the time necessary to defend oneself from incoming attacks. Katrine herself has understood this a long time, with her own affection towards firearms.
So, one day, she called on Darth Metus with this particular issue, having already drawn a fashionable piece of jewelry she wanted for herself but not just for herself but instead for her brothers and sisters in the Mandragora as well. Her Uncle Isley therefore sent her to the House Verd, Incorporated to work with his team on what she wanted to create. Having already learned on crafting on Dathomir, Katrine created the bracelet itself as well as prepared the design for the metal to shape which the team at House Verd, Incorporated provided the much necessary equipment and experience in creating a miniaturized version of the Light-Shield technology, alongside a power cell which would fuel the bracelet’s capabilities. Once the prototype was create, a small side button was used to activate a shield, in a soft semi-transparent color which spread in form a long thin egg, much as some of the shields had previously done. The shield served as a capable protection against blasters and lightsabers, with an average to low protection against other forms of attack.
The shield is not meant to completely replace the use of magic in any sense, it’s meant as a temporary defense, allowing the caster to be able to concentrate and cast their magic, without immediate fear of being injured or worse, killed.
