Nightsister bows and Bowcasters don't fire actual lightsabers. They fire plasma bolts, which are closer to a hardened blaster bolt than a lightsaber (they won't cut through durasteel and blast doors like butter, for example).

Right didnt realise Nightsisters's were using plasma bolts but I knew about the bowcaster one.

I still stand with light-trident! xD

Why not just use a standard lightsaber? A saber trident would be impractical. You'd need a saber-proof metal to make the casing out of.

a saber trident would be possible there is a trident blade already and the standard duralumin is for saber casing. Have fun with your blade and go for something you'll enjoy.

I guess I just don't get why you'd need a non-standard saber. It won't do much but confuse other writers as to how to write it's use.
