It appears linked to an escrow account that holds the exact amount for payment. Delivery is requested to a postal facility on Corellia. There is no message attached to the purchase request. The contact information is linked to a holonet mailing address that is a seemingly meaningless collection of numbers and letters. Likely an account scrubbed of all identifying information.
