Description:
The building runs around the edge of a plaza, complete with a waterway with bridges linking the building to the central plaza that leads to the main road. The plaza comes replete with a fountain located at the as well as several vendors and food trucks that set up there during the course of the day to cater to the staff at the building and surrounding workspaces.
Like most of the architecture on Theed the building is constructed from sandstone, and while it doesn’t reach as high as other Locke and Key facilities on other planets the facility has the benefit of being longer, stretched out to encircle the plaza in an almost complete circle, the building does have a few spires that used to hold bells, and now provide recreational facilities and conference rooms for Locke and Key Mechanics.

Internal
Offices
Making up the vast majority of the building, the offices contain everything from administrative offices, to human resources to logistics. The Naboo office of Locke and Key Mechanics was primarily designed as an administrative office, running Locke and Key Mechanic’s activities within Confederacy space and providing support to John. The offices tend to be large open spaces with high ceilings and plenty of light. Set amongst the offices are meeting rooms, break rooms and spaces set aside for the health and wellbeing of the staff.
John’s Office
Set in the secure section of the building John’s office is set with views out over the plaza and a view of the city beyond. Access to the office first requires entry through the external office where John’s staff and EX tend to their work. The office itself is a large space, the desk is set to the right as you enter, a large wooden desk with two seats for visitors and a comfortable chair for John behind the desk. The desk itself is built with holo screen technology as well as a smart surface, allowing it to adapt to whatever needs John has. On the other side of the room, a set of comfortable couches and armchairs can be found, set up for comfort and more informal meetings.
John’s Lab

Polycount
On the same floor as his office John’s lab/workshop is set to the side, a hidden door leading to the workshop, a two-story space which is outfitted with the best in manufacturing and creation technologies. A place where John can go to clear his mind, to work on his ideas without other people watching over his shoulder. The lab also contains the central storage media of the facility, making it one of the most well-guarded locations in the building.
Within the lab John is able to create and work on whatever ideas he comes up with without being too far from his office if he’s needed. Access to the lab requires biometric authorization as well as a second authorization from EX, Locke and Key’s super AI. As of this time, only two persons are authorized to have entry to the lab, [member="John Locke"] and [member="Gianna Aegis"].
Research Labs
Although not the primary reason purpose of the building there are a few laboratories and workshops located in the building, both secured and unsecured. The unsecured labs are mostly used for very basic research but primarily are made available to outside organisations such as schools or colleges who would not normally have access to the labs outfitted with the latest in cutting edge equipment and supplies.
External
Plaza
The large plaza in front of the building is primarily used as a meeting and socialization area, with several local food carts and trucks setting up to service the staff at the building and surrounding businesses. When needed the plaza can be shut off from the outside, used for company activity of social gatherings, or hired out to the local school and colleges who need a safe space to work in.
To one side of the plaza was a landing area for speeders and shuttles, for the staff and visitors to arrive and leave the facility. By the landing area is an entrance to an underground storage area, a parking area where the speeders that bring staff and visitors to the facility. On the other side of the plaza is a garden, an area of peace and greenery where the staff could spend time relaxing, where visitors and the public could enjoy the wonders of nature brought into the heart of the city.

High
The facility is built on two security levels, the lower levels, offices and labs have a lower level of security and are mostly accessible to the public without too much in the way of issues after signing in at the reception desk.
However, access to the upper secure levels requires both a keycard and to get past security checkpoints before you have access to the offices and the labs where the majority of the work of the company was carried out. The security was provided by organic troopers reinforced with Locke and Key’s own products, primarily the Legionnaire, the Pred-X and War-X droids.

As he started to spend more and more time on Naboo John realised that he’d need an office on the planet so that he could continue to run and manage his company. Rather than just create a satellite office John decided to go all the way, setting up an office building to run all of Locke and Key’s activities within the Confederacy of Independent Systems.
Taking his time, the executive discovered just the building he wanted, an old government building from a time before the government was relocated to the palace. It took some time for the building to be fully refurbished, integrating modern technology into the older building, but the end result was just what he wanted. The grandeur and history of the old building mixed with contemporary technology in holo screens and information connections.
The refurbishment of the building was done with one eye towards the history of the building, the old grandeur of the building restored as it was brought back to its heyday. A task primarily accomplished by the use of original materials, shaped by modern techniques. However, with the designs of security some of the materials used were more modern, a thin sheet of transparisteel for the windows rather than plain glass. The inner walls of the building insulated against sound, sensors installed to scan for devices designed for espionage. Locke and Key Mechanics were well aware of the dangers of industrial espionage, of a potential attack. While it was important to respect the history and tradition of the building, it was equally important to protect and secure the building and its inhabitants.
John didn’t stop at just renovating the building, but the grounds connected to it were the target of his attempts at refurbishment and redevelopment as well. A social plaza, modern vehicle storage and gardens were all cleaned out and developed, creating a pleasant ambience for the workers, visitors and public of Theed. THe offices gave the old offices a much needed revitalization as well as providing John the location he needed to continue to manage and expand his company’s influence through the confederacy.
