Looking For A Jedi

I would like for Artemis to have an encounter with a Jedi as part of her return to galactic society. Light, Grey, Rogue, doesn't really matter.
A basic rundown of the character: Artemis is a synthetic created to fight during the Yuuzhan Vong War. Most of her race has died, with less than a hundred still around. She has spent eight hundred years wandering the edges of the galaxy, and has now decided to return to the galaxy at large.
I don't really have a preference for planet, as she can be just about anywhere.
