To say Juyo=Vaapad is the same logic to say Soresu= Shien/ Djem So

If the above was true, Vapaad would be listed as Form VIII. Vapaad is a refinement of Juyo, not a complete update. It still feeds off aggression, still skirts the Darkside, but it's slightly safer as a Jedi. In the above scenario, Shien is based on dominating the battle, while Soresu is about a peaceful, passive defense. The core mindset of Juyo is to feed off of your negative emotions to power attacks, while the core mindset of Vapaad is to feed off of both your opponent's, and your own, negative emotions to power your strikes. Both are highly dangerous, and you won't find many wiling teachers outside the Sith. The few Jedi who know, won't share. Sidious even mentions in his notations in The Jedi Path that it is a SITH FORM. all Vapaad does is add another level of safety to the user.
