Hey Jedi scum ... uh I mean friends. Have you always wanted your own 10 foot tall feline guardian? Do you want to put a notch in your lightsaber hilt for another successful convert to the cause? Are you looking for a chill RP buddy to have a fun thread with? Then read on!
I've been inactive for a while and i'm interested in getting a fun thread going to get back into gear. I've tossed around the idea of going lightside with Piraiba for a long time now, but i've never really executed it. Now i'd like to find a Jedi padawan that doesn't mind a slow poster. The goal would be to corrupt Piraiba and show him the light so to speak.
I'm open to scenario suggestions, but here is the idea that popped up in my head.
I'm looking for an advanced writer with an inexperienced padawan (or rather just that you're not a know it all yet lol) who would be on a mission to overcome some kind of challenge. On that mission you stumble over a Sith Knight Togorian who hesitates when he sees the color of your lightsaber or your jedi garb. At this point Piraiba will have great doubt in his Sith teachings. His past has brought him to the point of questioning whether or not everything he learned about Jedi was a lie or not.
Piraiba isn't like other Sith. He enjoys killing, but it's actually just the basic carnal thrill of the kill that he wants. He's after sense stimulation like sex, spice, and watching the life drain out of the eyes of an opponent that just lost a life and death struggle. He doesn't care about galaxy domination, super villain schemes, or his power and influence. He doesn't fit in with other Sith, and he's at risk of being corrupted by a Jedi. I want someone to try and teach Piraiba that violence and killing isn't always the solution. It would be fun if that Jedi has their own doubts and much to learn themselves though.
I just want to stress that I'm not really looking for the kind of Jedi that is likely to go on a mass killing spree with Piraiba. I'd like to find the one that is really trying to adhere to the code. He/she would preferably be able to genuinely make a best attempt at following the words that they preach. Healer type Jedi would be cool, but warriors are fine as long as they're not gunning npc's down all day long under the rationale that they're all bad guys. Piraiba is a killing machine. His opposite would be trying to teach him that killing isn't the solution to every problem.
Don't get me wrong I'm not saying we wouldn't kill NPC's period, but I just didn't want to do the thread with a Sith in a Jedi robe.
Alternatively Knights, Masters, or Master and Padawan pairs would be acceptable too if this idea doesn't get any momentum.
I'm open to other scenarios. I'm just looking for anyone that ultimately just wants to have fun rping. Piraiba is fiercely protective and loyal to those who he becomes fond of. You could gain a great IC friendship out of it. I'm also not opposed to a potential romance if you play a female char who has a thing for scars and black fur.
However, I must warn you that I can't be super active, which is why i'm pursuing one thread at the time. I wouldn't be able to follow you into ridiculously fast paced dominions or skirmishes. Also I probably can't take on more than one or two partners so i'll have to prioritize people I've worked with before or those that have really beautiful writing/scenarios if I get a lot of requests.
