Looking for Mercs and Others

Okay, guys. Your friendly neighborhood Popo is looking for some basic muscle for a pair of threads needing completing. The jobs are really straightforward and simple and I'm open to whoever wants to join in. Payment is credits or Tenloss items or whatnot. It's more or less negotiable. Here's the jobs and, yes, they will be public threads so there is a possibility of PvP alongside PvE.


Job #1
Aeten II

Long and short, I'm setting up a base for Tenloss to operate there for a variety of reasons. I need hired help to clear an area to set up shop. I figure anyone can help with this one. Mercs to fight off interlopers or native critters, engineers to help build, and various other professions that wish to help out and get paid to do so. Threats are anything from native wildlife to anything, really, including enemy PCs coming to intrude on things. Probably not a lot of fighting, but don't rule it out.

Risk of PvP = Moderate


Job #2
Gromas 16

Tenloss is looking to set up shop in the Gromas system. Problem is, most of the really good mines there are currently occupied, which is a problem. Mercs, thieves, diplomats, etc. may get a kick out of this job: find a mine, clear it out however you see fit, let it be known the location is secure on an encrypted commlink that you're done, and the job is done. You'll see your payment in full as soon as Tenloss personnel access the mines to transfer ownership. Keep in mind that other corporations do have presences there, including (but not limited to) ATC owned by [member="Danger Arceneau"] and they may or may not take kindly to any intrusions. Threat levels are high and if you decide to pick a mine owned by a company, expect PC resistance or PC organized PvE resistance. Play fair in those instances and tag the appropriate owners or I'll sit on you.

Yus. From what I know of Mandal Hypernautics ([member="Anija Betna"] ) and Outer Rim Resources ( [member="Domino"] ) are other companies there with mines on Gromas. ( It is a system of several asteroids. ATC is on Gromas 16, Mandal Hypernautics on the lower numbered asteroids like the single digits)

I do in fact own a moderately sized mine hidden on Gromas 16 that some friends were kind enough to help me establish. When planning it people kept telling me that someone (I think Jon Merill) ran excavators over its entire surface and mined everything down to 300 meters. I still figured that most of the metal deposits ran much (3+ times) deeper, but it's a bit of Chaos Cannon for people to keep in mind. [member="Popo"]

Would it be possible to be paid with a supply of phrik? The applications for a small arms vendor such as myself are numerous, and I think the fire support Gertrude and I can bring would be well worth it. If you'd be amenable to the idea, I'd be happy to discuss setting up a steady supply line after the mission as well.
