I'm not paying in restricted materials and at the moment all I'm interested in is getting some roots down. Not really looking at supplying anyone right now. That said, should anyone find, stumble across, happen over, or somehow come into possession of restricted materials in the course of their actions on the job... Well, what Popo doesn't IC'ly know, Popo can't IC'ly regulate, now can he?

Also, this Gertrude individual would need to check in unless they're an NPC, in which case... Okay lol
