If you have any characters associated with people who've volunteered you can totally be involved!
We'll be doing scouting missions on some of the listed targets very soon, if you want to get in on those and have the same conditions apply(EG no lolporting away and death a possibility for everyone(if it makes sense of course)) then feel free to hop in!

Well, now that you mention it, I have have some characters who are involved with a few of the people who have volunteered. I'll see how busy I am when the threads pop up. Hopefully I'll be able to get some good stuff in.
