Looking Glass

Grru didn’t know if he expected not to get noticed, but clearly a part of him wanted to given that he’d willingly trailed the group of women out of the bar. While the situation may have looked suspicious, the nervous Wookie had entirely good intentions.

So when one of them-the tall one—fell back from the others and spoke to him in nearly flawless Shyriiwook, Grru was a bit taken aback. It wasn’t unheard of for non-Wookies to understand the series of grunts and growls that made up his native tongue, but finding someone that could actually speak it? Much more rare.

In any event, a few seconds passed before the startled beast brought his large paws in front of him in a sort of defensive gesture. Her tone was not accusatory, but Grru knew that she had the right to be suspicious.

No, no, I’m not—well, yes, I am.” Grunting in disappointment, he lowered his arms to his sides. “I’m sorry if I seem strange. I heard you all talking in the tavern back there and I would like to join your group.” A beat passed as he paused, gathering his thoughts. At the very least, I’d like to learn more about what it is you’re doing together.

Grru didn’t know the details, but their cryptic venture sounded exciting to the young Wookie who was looking for a change of pace. That, and…they seemed nice. The lonely Grru wanted people to like him, and he really wanted friends.

"I would like to know what we're doing together too," replied Jy with a small smile. "Come on, let me introduce you."

Catching up with the rest, Jy cleared her throat. Basic was not her native tongue, so her words came out oddly accented and a bit hesitant: "All, this is...someone." She turned to [member="Grru"] and added in Shyriiwook, "I didn't ask your name. What is it?" before returning to Basic, "He wants to join...this. Us. Whatever this us is."

The Admiralty
The first instinct Tegan had was to refuse the girl out of hand.

Oh, she was a pretty one indeed and she wouldn't mind rolling around with her in bed, but this was a different story. If there was one lesson she had learned early on? It was that walking into a stranger's ship was a bad idea. After all, it was their place, their home-turf and that meant all manners of nasty surprises that could be waiting. The others didn't seem to have much of an issue with it, but the others were greenhorns.

She could practically see the dew still hanging on their skin where they had just grown out of the earth. A single morning dividing them from inception towards the first walk of life.

But then Tegs took another long look at Sam.

Up and down. Unabashed observation that would have send blood to the cheeks of anyone with half a sense, but perhaps Sam was busy with her new-found attention to notice?

Who knew.

Point was that Tegs saw Sam for what she was and that was innocence incarnated. If this one was an evil mastermind trying to plot their demise, then Tegan was a gorram Sith Lord in disguise herself.

"Fine." Katarn sealed the deal, before taking down her glass with unidentified alcohol beverage and slamming it on the table. After this she simply followed Sam and the rest of the entourage out of the bar. The walk was brisk, fast and steady, but her attention was everywhere at the same time. Someone would need to keep these idiots alive and at this point that might as well be Tegan, even if it's simply to see what would come out of this little shindig.

The whistle escaping from her lips made her almost smile once they approached the gargantuan piece of scrap-metal lying in wait for them.

"This? Now this is something I can get behind." Her gaze shifted from the ship to Sam again, those eyes playfully brushing up and down her frame. "Literally."

Oh, the things she could do to her - the ship, obviously. A fixer-up, but that was exactly how she liked it. A question was asked in wookiespeak and the shrill voice of youth, but she let Yvana handle that crap. She was basically the PR department of this entire enterprise anyway.

Instead she stepped up closer to the ship, closing her eyes and letting her hand brush a single brushed and clean part of the otherwise rusted hull.

Someone had been trying to clean it up?

She was pretty sure something had crawled into her brain and took over. It was the only explanation as she led the group through the city streets. Sam wasn't very good at cutting a path through the crowds- fortunately, her surprising new companions were.

Sam's ship waited for them. She knew it wasn't much to look at. Yet anyway. There had been more than a few disparaging remarks, ranging from straight confusion to 'why would you pay good credits for such a hunk of junk?' But when Sam looked at it, she saw opportunity. Something to rebuild with her own hands. An engine and systems that just needed love and attention to shine.

Despite how she felt about it though, her sisters' words echoed in her ears. She was already a little pink from the walk, knowing that a gaggle of people were following her (what if she got lost? What if she tripped and fell on her face? What if what ifwhatif), and her shoulders hunched slightly, waiting for them to say that this wasn't what they needed at all and she had clearly just been wasting their time (ohgodswhathadshebeenthinking?)-

Blue eyes blinked in surprise at the response from @Maiev instead.

"I know you said it was a 'big enough' ship Sam, but this...I wasn't expecting this big."

"So. Um. It's- it's okay?"

"This? Now this is something I can get behind. Literally."

She turned to glance at [member="Tegan Katarn"]- and immediately turned a particularly vivid shade of crimson. She didn't know exactly why the other woman was looking at her like that, but it made her want to sink into the ground into a tiny puddle of..... something.

"I called it The Messenger," she mumbled, looking down at her feet. Her voice, if possible, got even smaller. "I know it's not a very good name, but...." she trailed off, perfectly content to not finish that sentence as [member="Jy Din Lorr"] and [member="Grru"] joined the mass exodus up and into the ship's hangar.

For one, the taller woman was talking, which was pretty much an automatic button for Sam to *not* be. And two, Sam had never actually seen a wookiee before. Not in person anyway. They were much taller than they looked on the holonet.

The hangar of The Messenger was immense. Far larger than it needed to be. Other than a pile of neatly stacked crates in one cavernous corner, and a small skip ship in the other, it was empty.

She had offered. They had come, which seemed to keep surprising the redhead every time she looked around the group.

Ohgodswhatnow?

Wildfire? Flames? A group of pretty girls simultaneously getting up and leaving the cantina to head for this ship?

That was very, very suspicious to Catya and it was something that she wanted to find out about. All this code talk that all revolved around causing a fire was very familiar to the vigilante. Not that she knew what was going on, but it was nothing strange to her. Especially due to her illegal occupation which part of job description was going undercover and temporarily be a part of cartel rings and learn their techniques and secrets before massacring them and leaving the fortunate survivors to the legal law enforcers.

To the common eye, this group of gals looked like the type to go out and party at some club or just hang out at...well, somewhere. To the Delarn, however, she saw something else. She saw potential outlaws that had some enclave hidden around Velusia and was making huge profits of trafficking drugs, weapons, living beings, and other goods that was all that the Arkanian Offshoot was opposed of.

Wordlessly, she paid off her tab of the caf which thankfully wasn't enough, stood up and began following the gang at a safe distance. No need for some stalker in a ominous helmet be called out and ruin her chances of busting a cartel ring.

Like the group she had been pursuing, she came across a rusted, yet magnificent vessel that belonged to the Redheaded one if she recalled correctly from the female's small and shy, but cute voice from the cantina. She observed the cruiser and gang afar, noticing that they were the only ones in this particular docking bay of Mount Hollow; thus, someone could spot her and lead things in unwanted situations and scenarios.

"So. Um. It's- it's okay?"

Maiev was stood to [member="Sam Paige"]'s side, hearing the younger woman speak as softy as ever. The Witch mused to herself over how quiet it was, that it could almost be whisked away by the wind with how light it sounded. She was shy, and nervous. Not use to being around a group like this, or maybe it was number of people that were around her. Perhaps an inexperience with the galaxy as a whole? A lack of confidence? Though those were ultimately her mix of observations and assumptions. A force of habit of Maiev's when meeting someone new. Silently watching, trying to work out how someone new ticked, how they acted and their history.

"This? Now this is something I can get behind. Literally."

Her eyes snapped over to [member="Tegan Katarn"] around the same time Sam had. Though the Witch had a very different reaction to the redhead. Rather, Maiev looked at Tegan with a curious look. Wondering what it was about her that made her come across so bold so quickly. What was the history there, the intention. Well the latter was easy to guess, even Sam seemed to pick up on it if her suddenly trying to mimick her hair colour was anything to go by.

<Well, she's certainly blatant isn't she?>

There was certainly no disagreement there when it came to Tegan Katarn. Watching the woman's back as she wandered over to the ship.

When Sam spoke again, Maiev turned to face her, looking down at the younger woman. A smile on her face, framed by the dark, wild locks that had since been freed from theconfines of her hood.

"It's a perfectly good name." She placed a hand on Sam's shoulder, a reassuring squeeze before it was gone a moment later. Not wanting to let her presence hang for too long, given she was after all practically a stranger to her. "Although, I am curious to learn how you obtained The Messenger." Perhaps it had been random chance, a moment of luck for the redhead. Surely she couldn't have outright brought it, Sam hardly looked the part of someone who had a lot of credits to just throw at a ship this size.

<Appearances can easily be deceiving.>

Before Maiev could say further, she heard the familiar grunts and growls of a wookie; [member="Grru"] . Who it seemed had been intercepted by [member="Jy Din Lorr"]. Maiev smiled at seeing one of the two stragglers had been brought into the fold as it were.

Now if only the second would...ah there we go.

The Witch's eyes had lingered across the docking bay after seeing the previous two. And her gaze landed firmly on [member="Catya Delarn"]. Maiev smirked, a playful twitch of the lips as she opened her mouth to speak loud enough.

"Well, looks like the second straggler has finally made herself known."

Sam's idea that her ship was big enough was a laughable understatement.

Yvana hadn't been out and about in the galaxy nearly enough to know what constituted a large starship, but the Messenger was plainly more than able to fit the entire group in. She cast an incredulous eye towards the redhead, surprised at the woman's uncertainty, but she said nothing.

It struck her that [member="Jy Din Lorr"] had fallen back somewhat only when the brunette joined them again, with a creature in tow. Wookiees weren't something she'd seen since her memory-wipe. Hesitant and faintly confused, she looked at the others as if trying to analyze their reactions to [member="Grru"] so she could work out what her own ought to be.

"He wants to join. . .this. Us. Whatever this is."

Her head inclined in mild approval, and she suppressed a small smile. Every fibre in her body told her that her cause was the right cause, that there were people who knew it was the right cause, but every newcomer confirmed it, made it real. It was surprisingly hard to restrain her jubilance - but she was trying to raise an army and it wouldn't do to appear the overexcited child.

She stayed wary. Something seemed off, like an invisible bell was ringing ever-so-faintly nearby and she couldn't quite pinpoint the sound. Further than that Yvana was clueless - detecting the undetectable wasn't yet anywhere near her skillset - all she could do was be watchful.

[member="Maiev"] spoke and her head whipped around to follow her gaze. From a distance away a dark-haired woman watched curiously, attention apparently on the group surrounding the Messenger. She could either be another who might potentially join their fight - or she could be their enemy. Yvana very much wanted to know which.

Her voice raised as she took a few steps towards [member="Catya Delarn"].

"Who are you?"

This one Kaili had seen before.

This one Kaili had saved before.

The message on the holonet hadn’t exactly been subtle with its intentions and Kaili wasn’t about to risk some idiots kids set themselves upon the hyperlanes just because they believed themselves to have a righteous cause. Wildfire, vigil, feeding flames, all of it was as if taken from a terrorist's’ dictionary, a fanatic's’ wet dream or even worse…

… The Covenant’s.

No, that was not happening again.

Delarn was here and that was enough for Kaili to find an interest in seeing what the hell it was that these people were up to. The idea of another anti-darkside cult, another Galactic Alliance, was not something that the galaxy needed. The Arkanian vigilante had already proven herself in the Crime Lord’s den, but if she was here to mix with some group of Covenant-wannabe’s there was no way Kaili wasn’t going to offer her piece on the matter.

Kaili announced her presence in the force but offered little in the way of speech when it came to actually voicing her mind. Yet. She held it off until later, until she could get a better idea of who this group of people was and what they could possibly want with the galaxy at large. Her feet carried her into place next to Catya, and this time she wasn’t a heavily armored brunette with a thing for punching people. No, Kaili had come as herself for this one; a quite tall blonde with orange eyes and fancy outfit. The frown on her lips gave away her thought on this entire gathering and the furrowed brows would show her anger at knowing what the meeting had the chance to set off.

It was either a lightside cult waiting to go awry, or a dormant giant waiting to be born.

Eitheror felt like something the galaxy didn’t need. Not yet at the very least.

Most children were taught not to follow strangers, but most children were not raised under such unusual circumstances as Diana. Following strangers had only ever worked out in her favor: first, following Lady Kerrigan off Eshan, and now, following this small but mighty band of ragtag goddesses out of the cantina, through the bustling city streets, and into the starport. Perhaps her luck derived not from following strangers, but rather from following strong women. Diana was not immune to the powerful aura their troupe created. Each woman’s presence threw a differently colored flame into the fire:

[member="Tegan Katarn"], who exuded dead-sharp street smarts and a straight-shooting air of command.

[member="Sam Paige"], with untold courage bolstering her sweet resolve and a monster of a ship at her small but capable hands.

[member="Vivienne Bastra"], the rogue whose smooth, swaggering confidence fueled her powerfully light-leaning presence in the Force.

[member="Maiev"], Vivienne’s stark contrast, wrapped in an inexplicable duality of shadow and light that called to Diana like a siren.

[member="Jy Din Lorr"], the mysterious wild card with a deadly grace that seemed not entirely human.

[member="Yvana"], the bold soul who dared to defy the darkest evils in the galaxy, the implementer who had orchestrated them all.

These women were not the sort who could parade by without notice. En route to the Messenger, they gained another intrepid follower, [member="Catya Delarn"], as well as a furry monolith of a companion in [member="Grru"]. Sam and Yvana were not the only ones struck by the Wookiee—Diana had also never seen the impressive species in person. Before she could react, however, the girl heard Nairobi issue a low, throaty growl from inside her rucksack. Diana quickly placated the cat with her gentle, customary shhh. There was someone else there, however, who gave Diana further pause. The Force signature of [member="Kaili Talith"] lingered near Catya and imprinted itself on the atmosphere like a beacon—I’m here, it seemed to warn, and I’m watching you carefully.

Meanwhile, the women talked—questioning the newcomers, then absorbing the sight of Sam’s ship (in Tegan’s case, the sight of Sam). Diana remained silent through it all. She was a quiet, serious child with watchful eyes that could have held—or moved—a whole ocean. More swirled and swam beneath her surface than the others would readily know. The depth of her blue gaze fell on Yvana.

“You’ve called us here but asked for nothing in return.”

Diana’s voice broke through the chatter with the clarity of a soft bell. It held no tone of accusation, only innocent transparency.

“Why?"

When she smiled at him and spoke with kind words, Grru felt a good portion of his anxiety melt. Usually humanoids just saw him as a big muscled furbag fit to load and unload crates. Not that that wasn’t exactly what he was currently doing for a living, but Wookies were often known for being gentler spirits. Grru was particularly gentle—if not somewhat cowardly and awkward—but he had a thirst to prove himself and be accepted.

“Thank you.” Growling back softly, he and [member="Jy Din Lorr"] caught up with the rest of the group as the boarded Sam’s ship to hold their talk in a more private arena.

The nervous Wookie perked up as he was introduced to the gang. “My name is Grruaanlythru. Grru for short.” A few of the women cast cursory glances at him, some a bit surprised but ultimately did not seem upset by his arrival. Or so Grru had hoped! The Wookie stood cautiously at the back of the group, hands clasped behind him while clawed fingers fidgeted with eachother. He listened to the conversations taking place patiently, turning towards the much smaller [member="Sam Paige"] upon learning that this was her ship. The hangar was massive, albeit empty, but it was still kind of her to host the motley crew. Turning towards her, a series of soft growls issued from Grru. “You have a very nice ship, miss.

Ah, feth. They got me.

Behind that mysterious, ominous helmet of the Delarn was a shocked face. Shocked in the sense that...well, that she was prematurely caught and didn't see it coming. And it was all because of that cute fair skinned woman that called her out. Catya wondered how she was able to detect her when she did her best in making her presence very unknown to the group of stunning women.

Never mind that right now; right now she had to rebound so that she could continue operations without any major compromises or complications.

Eyes were looking at her, ear awaiting for her to say something. She definitely wasn't going to give out her name as she was an unknown, yet cruel vigilante that operated in almost every region of the Galaxy. The Verdict was what they called her, and the only imagery of her was the occasional video footage of her in her outfit beating the feth out of a felon. Another thing she wasn't going to do was draw out her pistols. Too early for actions like that.

She finally knew what to say.

"Ah, chit," she began with the voice amplifier of her helmet making her sound dark and dangerous while also not answering [member="Yvana"]'s question, "someone jacked my ship. I parked it right in here."

Totally a lie, but she was going to go with it.

"You girls think you can give me a ride? Plus, I kinda wanted to get that girl's number," and pointed at [member="Tegan Katarn"], trying to make her lie more buyable.

She acknowledged [member="Kaili Talith"]'s presence, but to herself. The two crossed path on some space station in the outer rim that dealt with infected killing droids and dead thugs. It had been some time since they saw each other, but her presence here was surprising yet likable.

Maybe some fether got her droids again.

Why?

She looked at the blonde in faint surprise. Asking for something in return hadn't even occurred to her. That would've said that this whole operation was in some way about her - and how could it be? Yvana had never learned herself to be worthless, but she'd never once in the three years since her memories were reset considered herself of any great importance. The girl was one of countless. She wasn't better than anyone else, she wasn't what mattered.

What mattered was that some people were truly evil, and the galaxy, those countless, couldn't fight against it, not yet. She wasn't important, but she had the ability to keep bad things from happening and she couldn't ignore the tide of darkness when she had the power to fight back.

"Somebody had to, didn't they?" she answered [member="Diana Veneris"] flatly, meeting the girl's eye in a brief instant of understanding.

[member="Catya Delarn"] pulled her attention away, and she cast a wary glance towards the woman. A steely distorted voice spoke from behind a helmet; her answer was perfectly plausible, but she hadn't answered Yvana and it didn't slip by her. Eyes narrowed, but she didn't speak yet.
Her gaze went to [member="Tegan Katarn"] when the helmeted woman pointed at her - an unspoken well, what do you think? - and her expression hardened at Tegan's lack of apparent trust in Catya. Gaze flicked to the others in the same manner, one by one by one. Their reactions only confirmed her own.

"That's nice," Yvana said dryly. "Who are you?"

"Grru's name is [member="Grru"]," said Jy. She smiled at [member="Sam Paige"] and stepped closer to her. "He likes your ship. As do I. I am a pilot."

Jy looked around at the ever-growing collection of life forms. "We should board the ship before we attract much more attention," she suggested. While they weren't doing anything specific to draw attention to themselves, their body language clearly showed that they weren't exactly close friends yet either, which might make certain parties suspicious.

When the same woman asked her who she was again, Catya knew she couldn't reveal her identity to this group of girls plus a male Wookie. She faked her death when she was a part of the corrupted Grand Army of the Republic so that she could be free from her tyrannical rulers which made her become a feared vigilante.

No one would ever suspect a dead Galactic Marine be under the mask.

"Jenny Thalgir," Catya replied back to the woman, finally answering her question with a fake name. "That's my name."

"I think we should go inside the ship," agreeing with Jy.

[member="Catya Delarn"]

There was hot blood pumping through Kaili’s veins, but in the end perhaps this was a part of her that Kaili needed to let go of as well. The Covenant hadn’t been a good thing for her, but to the galaxy as a whole it had, even if people were too stubborn to admit that for all the bad it brought the Galactic Alliance was still the greater bastion of ‘good’ that there was out there. Silver Jedi were a joke and the ‘Dominion’ were a bunch of tyrant supporting, ‘balance’ seeking, Atrisia deniers. There was the Iron Empire, but Kaili rarely had a reason to go poking around Chiss space or heard enough about them to really build an opinion.

A sigh burst through her nose.

“Cat.” She whispered for a second and put her hand on Catya’s shoulder. “I trust you to do the right thing here.”

“Can’t say the idea of being part of yet another crusade is particularly tempting. My battles are not fought in the open, you’ve seen that.”

“Keep an eye on them, tell them to read up on how the Galactic Alliance came together and they might find some frightening similarities.” As well as obscure images of Kaili in her teens, depending on how good they were at looking.

“I am Mira Trell, but I was just checking out the dealio.” Kaili faked it. “I don’t think this was for me, so… I’ll just… Be on my way.”

Catya would have Kaili's details since the last time they met and was most likely also aware of who she was. She had been asked to keep the secret, and considering no journalists had come asking her why a pacifist dabbled into the life of a vigilante, she thought Catya safe enough to trust with that information. Besides, the name 'Mira Trell' was a fake name she had picked up on the HoloNet. Nothing said Alias better than the Alias of a alleged mass murderer. And, unless any interruptions were had, Kaili would then take her leave and that was it. She’d disappear until the next time they met.

Inwardly, Yvana squirmed. She didn't trust the woman introducing herself as Jenny - but she could hardly trust the word of the others around her any more so. Caution was a learned habit of hers and with good reason, but her mind couldn't form a reason not to take the risk.

A blonde woman calling herself Mira Trell momentarily interrupted her thought process by announcing her exit. Wary grey eyes followed her for an instant out of instinct, but then Yvana abandoned the concern of [member="Kaili Talith"] to look back at the masked vigilante. If [member="Catya Delarn"] proved a danger there had to be at least one among the group who could deal with the threat, and if not then at best they could have another prepared to fight with them.

"Alright," she replied, a subtle - but evident - note of hesitance in her voice, "let's go inside, then." If nothing else, they were rather conspicuous at the moment and it would be to their benefit to lower their obviousness.

They filed into the Messenger and Yvana instantly had to marvel at the ship's inside. If it had looked large on the outside, it was larger still on the inside and Yvana had to look again at [member="Sam Paige"] in mild amazement that a ship this size was hers. She followed the others in without comment, however, settling herself in quite happily.

"Right, then." Suddenly faintly self-conscious, she looked around carefully at the group. "This is all of us. We should make a plan."

[member="Maiev"] - [member="Tegan Katarn"] - [member="Diana Veneris"] - [member="Jy Din Lorr"] - [member="Grru"] -

"Don't worry, Kai. And I will," the Vigilante whispered to [member="Kaili Talith"] as she warned her about the path ahead of her before she left. Apparently the Talith had been in a situation such as this one and had a bad experience just from her dialogue. Truthfully, Catya was ignorant of how the Galactic Alliance came into existence but they were to her eyes, at this moment, the only competent bastion of good in this Galaxy.

Why wasn't she a part of it then? Simply because she thought their judicial system was just like the rest of other factions and governments. Incompetent and full of protocol. Catya enjoyed being independent and free from the reigns of others, but eventually she couldn't do her profession all by herself. Maybe this group of girls plus Wookie male had values and interests such as her.

Following [member="Yvana"] and the others into the ship, the Delarn made sure to keep up her fake profile real to the others. Yvana, who appeared to be the leader to Catya, spoke up about making up a plan. The Arkanian Offshoot still thought this was a low profile cartel ring. She didn't utter a word and waited for the others to talk.

She'd do the usual. Agree with everything, be part of their gig, and catch them on their blindside.

Sam stared up at the [member="Grru"] . And up and up and up. Her mouth opened once or twice in some sort of aborted reply that never reached open air. She had no idea what he'd just said, or any idea of how to respond. Ask for clarification? Say thank you and hope it was the right answer? She had no idea.

So the arrival of [member="Jy Din Lorr"] was timely and the look of appreciation on the redhead's face when the rumblings were translated was almost painful. She managed to mutter a thank you to both of them, turning a brilliant shade of scarlet and ducking her head.

It took a bit for everyone to finally file onto the ship. Despite it being *hers*, Sam stayed toward the back of the group, perfectly happy to be left alone to just listen and watch as everything unfolded. Well, happy as she could be with the low level of excited terror that came along with all of these people here.

She might need to sit down.

Maiev had remained a silent observe, as he eyes remained glued to [member="Catya Delarn"]; 'Jenny Thalgir' as well as tall blonde, [member="Kaili Talith"]; 'Mira Trell' who had saddled up to the side of the first stranger. Even from this distance, being unable to hear what they were saying, it was clear the two knew one another. The close proximity, and the whispering that shortly followed cemented the fact. And while the blonde woman eventually left, the armoured one did not, and had in fact followed along as everyone boarded The Messenger.
The Witch mutely marvelled at the ship's interior, the size of it from the outside not doing quite as much justice to how spacious it was within. Again, it amused her that such a small, seemingly innocent to the world girl like Sam owned a ship like this. And given her clothing, plus the state of them, was also maintaining it too.

Once they had found a place to settle, to begin their private conversation finally, Maiev's was quick to speak up again shortly after [member="Yvana"] .

"I'd suggest we first reconfirm why we're all here, after all we did pick up a couple stragglers on the way from the cantina." Maiev's eyes fell on [member="Grru"] and Catya, her gaze lingering for several seconds, especially with the armoured woman. Though her eyes did land on [member="Sam Paige"], though they were gone a lot sooner after taking note the redhead had intentionally made herself small amongst the crowd that was now occupying her ship.

"We are here because we heard Miss Yvana's message, that we agree on the fact that something more needs to be done to fight against the Sith. What the Galactic Alliance; their Jedi, the Silver Jedi and other like-minded groups aren't doing enough."

The Admiralty
For once in her life she wasn't at the forefront of the change, because Tegan was too busy checking out the ship as they walked into it and passed through it.

Most of it was rough work; lots of places the wiring was still exposed, rust clinging closely to the iron that was sheltering the walls and overall there was a sense that this was still a work in progress. It took up most of her attention, which was probably why Katarn hadn't bothered making Catya a problem. Not yet, anyway. But that was mostly because it was just one lady with a tendency to lie surrounded by about half a dozen souls with a tendency to lie.

Only reason Tegan wasn't lying was 'cus she didn't really give a damn.

"Musta cost a fortune." Tegs remarked to Sam as they walked into one of the central rooms on this floor. There were a bunch of chairs, some couches, basically the living room of the place that was centered around a single embedded table. Feelers were extended and Tegs realized it was a dormant holo-projector.
That could come in use later on.

She listened at the mention they needed a plan, Maiev's decision to reaffirm why they were here. It bored her a bit, they had been taking way too long about all of this already - a cigarette found its way to her fingers and she lit it up, taking a small puff and letting the circle blow out into the air.

"I am here to kill Sith, blow 'em up, shoot 'em up, beat the kark out of 'em." A shrug followed. "Looks pretty clear why we are here, question is how we wanna go 'round it? Who are our targets, how do we define the targets, what we are going to do to them and what are the boundaries we set during engagements?"

Sounded like Tegs was military or used to be anyway.

"How we gonna deal with those that turn rogue. How far we do wanna take this crusade. Those are the things we gotta sort out."
