Lorinar (The Lesson Learned)

Destitute Femme Fatale
Midday. The clouds were closing in, threatening to release heavy rains as flashes of lightning illuminated the skies above. Tes'Reya would take a peek from her window panel out of the right side. She turned to look at her surroundings and what she had accomplished thus far..Managing to fortify herTreetop home . Using the force helped greatly in the creation of her small fortress..Although it was decent..It wasn't the greatest when it came to holding up during a storm. If she was going to move it would be like any other time. Only during the days where rain was scattered at best..And NEVER during the night. She needed to get to the mountainside, a quarter-mile from her location. Valuable sediment rocks, bamboo trees, and even crystallized rocks were discovered there. She would haul her findings by the sack and use the force to levitate what she needed to. Not that difficult of a task...right? Looking at her hammock and the junk boxes underneath..She knew there were more internal improvements to be made. She would take her black tarp and wrap herself in it as the wind started to pick up. Exiting through the latched doorway and propelling down to the grass below, it was time to gather what was needed...Quickly...

This Fracking weather is the worst! She yelled aloud as she began marching towards the mountainside. As she continued on the winds would pick up, causing her black tarp to bellow with the winds direction. The tall blades of grass that almost seem to look down upon her would sway back and forth. She began to jog quickly and would come to an opening. In front of her was a dirt path that would ascend uphill...Unfortunately..That was the direction she needed to go. Seeing jagged rock that would break the ground on the end, she figured climbing up would not be such a bad idea. So she did just that, and eventually made it to the top. Then...Higher...and higher...And she would travel more as the winds continued to get stronger and the clouds overpassing were surely threatening. She eventually makes it to a clearing where there was a large opening leading deep into a cavern. The hollowed echoing noises from running water deep within caught her senses. As she approached...Light rain began to hit the ground..spattering...begging to become louder.

"
Well...There's water...A foul smell of fecal matter...I wonder what's next..."

The mad scientist was once more flowing on the waves of his imagination as he roamed the endless bounds of the galaxy. Often the Sith would go on travels not learning of his destination until he got there, instead, he would let the evergrowing crackling voices guide him. The once unwanted whispers in his mind no longer bothered the Skakoan, no, they gave him company and much-needed guidance in this large playground he had found himself in. Rul often felt like a chess piece in a much larger game, a pond only existing to be used yet he did not mind this. He relished the sinister path he was being led down as through it he accumulated immense abilities and more understanding of his world than he would have ever comprehended.

The latest chess move brought the Skakoan to a distant planet called Loronar, a green world with quite a tropical environment and a plethora of local fauna ready to devour lone wanderers. It was not the usual scenery for the Sith, there was a lot more nature and a general aura of peace than he was used to, whatever was he supposed to accomplish in this hell hole of a planet. Thankfully not all things seemed peaceful as the weather was getting increasingly hazardous, and a storm was reaching his way but, Rul was resolute on solely returning to his vessel once the painfully screaming voices were sated with his efforts.

Silently the mad Skakoan made his way to a large mountain ridge, it would serve him well as cover from the beautiful crackling of thunder and lighting, protection from the violently raging storm with its raindrops so fast they gave Rul an ever so familiar sensation of pain as they spattered on his delicate skin. A smile grew across his face as the storm was breaking down into the Scientist, but this pleasure was soo to pass as he had reached the base of the mountainside.

This was clearly where he was sent by the commanding spokespeople in his ever breaking mind. Rul could feel another presence in this place, a presence that was not unlike his. The Sith was not new to others of his sort but chose not to interact with their politically dull existences. Something had to be different about this individual, why else would he have been summonsed here. Nevertheless, he was going to make his way toward the anonymous presence, with a grim face as he was forced into this unpleasant position by the rulers dwelling within him.

Traveling deeper into the cavern, she takes off her black tarp and folds it to be carried at her side. The cavern was dimly lit with bundles of blue crystals that pierced the grounds. It was interesting to say the least. Could these be mined? It was not that common to find something of that nature, so Tes considered herself fortunate. "Well, well....Aren't you beautiful?" She exclaimed while taking a closer look at the cluster . Upon closer examination, she saw that pieces were broken off in an irregular pattern. Could someone have already been here attempting to mine these crystals? Could they be used in the process of lightsaber creation? She would pick up a piece the size of her palm and place it in her utility satchel. Looking on She paused for a second. Turning to look over her left shoulder, there was something different in her surroundings. Although she was a novice in the force attunement when it came to instincts...She couldn't shake the feeling of something lurking. She would slightly grin and use her saber to illuminate the dwelling.

The tropical storm grew with every minute he spent on his blasphemous planet. The skies were shifting from a cloudy grey into a much darker and sinister charcoal grey and not only that, the heavy rains rose in intensity and the thundering blows were enriching the gloomy atmosphere. The waters splashed across the emotionless face of the Sith his eye covers constantly needing a wiping, the rest of his pressure suit was covered in cloth which was dripping wet and dragged across the filthy dirt of the ground. The substantial winds were making it difficult to stand, and his robes were attacked by the wild weather as he stood at the base of the mountain looking up at his journey to come.
Rocks were being slung down rumbling towards the bottom of the peaks, most were small enough to not cause any troubles, only causing a minor inconvenience to Rul as he thought of a way to scale the beast before him. He was too full of himself to partake in the primitive act of ascending the mountain by foot and not even with mighty force imbued jumps could he be able to reach a safe passage without slipping or breaking a sweat. And yet he could not stay where he was as the presence was descending deeper within the heart of the mountains. The tiresome Sith shook his head in disbelief at his situation. Once more he questioned his presence here as suddenly a larger chunk of the mountain came thundering down towards the mad Skakoan.

The area lit dimly with the glowing hue of her red saber and as she continued looking around. As she continued on a sudden thud was heard from the corner of the cave. As she turned her head in that direction she quickly would bend her head to the right digging a rock thrown at her. On high alert and curious, she turned quickly and pointed her saber in the direction the rock was thrown from. The light from her saber illuminated a single eye of a monstrosity that would glare at her as its Iris shrunk in size honing in on her. It was a massive creature. Over 6 feet tall and heavy. Judging by it's size and gut..It was obviously an angry creature that was disturbed. Had she interfered with it's journey? Was this it's home? Questions ran rapidly through her mind as she prepared herself.

"Oh..Ok big guy..You wanna play...Let's dance.." She spoke and would ready herself in a Form II Makashi stance. An old-style used in the academy that she grew up in. Although she hated using teachings from her old mentor, Her reflexes would automatically take familiar stances that were taught to her regardless of her personal feelings.

The creature roared loudly as the vibrations echoed through the cave. It would charge at her in a rush

The heavy boulder that had previously been separated from the mountain was now closer than ever to crashing with the surface, with only Rul standing between the rock and its predestined path. The Sith spoke to himself, "Not today" and with but a glimpse of his force abilities and a couple of deep breaths he connected himself to the flow of energy spewing within his twisted body and guided it to his hands which then discharged out a burst of pure unseen energy, separating the boulder in half, splitting it directly through its core.
The now two pieced rock thanks to the before done damage landed directly next to the Skakoan yet it did not leave a single cut on his green body. Now that the minor inconvenience had been dealt with, the insane scientist lifted one side of the rock with the flat exterior facing the dark grey sky using force telekinesis. The crazed man then stepped on the once deadly piece of the mountain, his movement was slow and planned and his face was as expressionless as always. Resuming to use his god-given abilities he was able to lift the rock off the ground and slowly float it towards a cave opening Rul had spotted a while ago. The heavy rain and intense winds weren't much aid in this endeavour as he had some hardships not slipping off his makeshift lift under these conditions.
Even though these hardships the Skakoan persevered and eventually led his floating rock to the cavern entrance he stepped off elegantly and simultaneously the rock below him started crumbling and once more descended towards the surface that birthed the components of the boulder.
The Sith could hear sounds coming from within the cavern, he was most definitely at the right place he thought to himself as he descended further into the maw of the mountain.

Tes would dodge quickly to the left, while deactivating her lightsaber in a forward roll as the creature came after her in a raging charge. She would reignite it and take a calculated swing at the left leg, cutting it deep but not enough to sever the limb. This creatures hide was thicker than it looked. It roared in anger and turned around slowly. Tes would turn to face it. "You're a tough one. No matter...I'm not here for you but..I'd be more than happy to send you to an ear..." As she spoke aloud trying to reassure herself, the creature would swing wildly with it's right arm and miss, and once with the left backhanding her. Tes would be flung into the air against the ground several feet as her lightsaber left her side and fell several feet to the right. "AAhhhh!" She screamed and then immediately rose to her feet. She then used the force, extending her right hand as the saber would fling back into her grip. She then watched for the creature's next movement.

It once again charged at her and at the last second she would make a forward roll dodging it as it hit the wall behind her causing tremors and rock to fall within. Perhaps she could wear it out to the point of exhaustion. But she needed to conserve her stamina to do so, which was no easy task. As her heartbeat elevated and her breaths became shorter, she had to plan her next move quickly. It may have been time to go for the exit.

Turning around and seeing the creature move its head from the wall, dazed, she knew it was time to strike. She uses the force to summon the lightsaber to her right hand while in motion towards the beast. It swung wildly while groaning in pain and missed her as she ducked underneath it's right arm. She swung quickly, searing its right arm, and quickly with another slash again. Not taking any time to give the beast an opening, she would spin in a 360 motion towards it's right leg and cut off it's foot. (RRRREEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWW!!!) It screamed aloud as it fell over with a loud thud, causing come more rocks within to break loose.

Tes swings her blade around and stabs it in it's head, ending it's life. Retracting her saber and panting, she recollected herself and gave a glance around the area for what she originally came for.
