Private Lost and Found

Cenric paused for a few moments, considering the weight that Kyra was apparently placing on herself. At one point he would have called it all foolish.

There were bigger concerns in the galaxy than one runaway Padawan. Sith Still ravaged worlds, slavers still took hundreds, governments still oppressed their people. What did one padawan matter? What did one lightsaber matter? It all seemed to small.

Yet he knew the feeling she was going through.

He could no longer see it as insignificant, not after everything that he had been through himself. "You're welcome."

Cenric said as he slowly pushed himself off the wall and shook his head.

"Get some sleep." He told her as he headed towards the cockpit. "I'll check of Ragish."

Kyra gave a numb nod, pulling her cloak around herself. At least it was dry now.

She watched him go, almost murmuring a thank you again. She had just escaped a sith. The facts of the events finally sank into her. She owed him. Big time. A rod of determination grew in her core. She would pay this debt. She would bring him to SJO and carve him a new home to make up for what she made him lose.

It may not be what he wanted, but she did not care. It would be what was best for him, she was sure of it.

She'd go to WelshPsych WelshPsych for help. Yuroic would know what to do. She closed her eyes with this decision clutched firmly in her mind. It was a bit of comfort in an otherwise stressful journey. Sleep came fitfully, but it came nonetheless.

The conversation with Ragish went about how he had expected it to.

There weren't many Twi'leks that were as easy going as Ragish. He had a habit of...well not particularly caring about anything. It was why he and the man got along so well. Jedi, Sith, mercenary, it didn't really matter who or what you were to the pilot as long as you were nice to him and didn't try to et him killed.

"Just a week." He assured the man with a nod as he threw himself into the co-pilots chair. His gaze flickered across the control board, lips thinning for a moment. "After that we head to the Expansion Region."

Far enough from the Hutts that they would have a hard time finding him.

"I'll get work there." Ragish nodded as Cenric finished talking, both of them turning to watch the sickening swirl of hyperspace.
