Lost Village

[Junko Ike]

She was looking at it and the clown was creepy while she was going through most of the things, staying with it until she was moving more being joined by one of the scouts. A small cupboard was there as she opened it with nothing really inside of it when their voice came out. "Princess we have found the remains of a temple shrine, it looks like some of the script on it is from the sith which has been written across a lot fo the things." Junko looked up with them when she was walking over some of the things with a nod of her head. If there was sith script in the village then it could have been darksiders living here in the forest so that could explain why it feels so oppressive and thick with this fog.

There was not a lot they could work on in the fog or in the houses here, everything was abandoned and everything was covered in it but she was finding no places that were ruined and allowed the fog to get into the area. "THank you, continue to search and we are going to work on more of the things here then head out and search another house here. She was looking at the map and there wasn't much but there was a school house for teaching the children that they might be able to search and find something in. Junko wanted to go and find it before she was heading down the stairs after the others and she paused as it looked like something flew past the window for a moment and there was nothing there.

Junko couldn't see anything out there while she was prepared heading out to check on things, the fog was still thick and there were opened areas under the canopy they could look up and see the sunlight coming through in the fog but it wasn't dissipating to give it a strange look. The princess moved around and started heading towards the school house where they could search and look through it to see if they might be able to learn more as there was some other things. "Send a small team to mark the way towards the orphanage." She was wanting to see it and work with them to map it, there might be things that could be there and be dangerous for a lot of it all. Junko could explore a few more options though.

The school house when she arrived at it was different, it looked normal with a wall that was still intact from the stone walls covered in vines and brush, where the wood on top of the walls were cracked and broken. Junko moved through with the gates with a nod of her head for them to go along the sides of it. She wanted to get a better idea while one fo the probe droid went out to the under sections of the school. The area was to small to crawl around but the small droid could be moving around in there and show them if they had anything. Her movement went quickly up the stairs opening the doors so that they would be able to look in the small windows. "Any news?" She spoke into the comlink while walking through the doors.

"None Princess." The scout returned with her and the one guard was looking over what they had mapped of the area. "Everything seems to be normal, nothing special so far and there is a lot of the normal foundation of the school. She could see where the wall went itno the mountain and up as they walked through it finding some of the rooms locked and closed up. She couldn't see what there was inside of it but the rooms matched up with some that had breaks and the fog inside of them. They seemed to have been trying to keep the fog out when Junko saw the droids feed go black and static. "Something is under the school." She said it while they were working on the final moments and it looks like a black orb was attacking it before the probe went down.

She was uncertain what the orb was, there were not a lot of records about what many of the things were. She had never seen such a creature or probe before, they could have been smaller droids left to attack probes and people like some of the inquisition used to track people. She wasn't certain about it or what they might be but spoke into the comlink with a nod of her head as she listened. "We have encountered something with the probes, be on your guard for something in the fog. The things look like black orbs." Junko said it while the others were coming with her and she could feel the energies but the voice came over the comlink with a nod of her head. "Understood princess, we'll be on the lookout."

Junko stayed there, the schoolhouse was the best place to try and organize what they could and keep a lookout as she ascended the stairs and entered one of the classrooms. It was set up with desks and equipment that had cobwebs all over it. She could see the windows looking out at the fog and the small village itself as the rooftops peaked over and out. Before she moved and was rejoined by the others there was a small look from her face as the scouts who were putting down some glow rods to brighten the area. "We have the room covered princess." They were moving around and small areas they could find that might allow the fog to seep in where being covered and reinforced, the doors made so they could be sealed and communications set up.

Junko looked at the ones with her and nodded her appreciation to it, they were quick and productive knowing what they needed to do, knowing how to do it and that was why she preferred her own elite troopers over some of the common soldiers. Though she was not going to be opposed to some of the common soldiers, they were skilled just as well but she had the benefit of being able to know these men and women with her. They were family, they were personal and it gave them more of a reason beyond it being their job to want to protect her. it was just like the people in the village that she protected and helped who would wiht time hopefully become more of a welcoming thing and they would be her family.

Junko continued to watch it all, she was looking at what they had when the others were reporting in. With the lrge fog she could see the hospital that they had down there in the area. It was likely like this place, a feeling of unease and an almost haunted nature to it. Junko was speaking into the comlink. "THis is knight Junko Ike, we have found the village we were searching for and there is something here. We are uncertain of what it might be in the fog out here. They appear to be little black spheres that attack anything they come across." She was still uncertain what to call them and would need to check the index if she could, have a way that she would be able to work on it more while she awaited a response.

"Princess..." THe words came after awhile and Junko was looking at some fo the things they had there. More of her guards had joined them and were showing some of the information they had gathered. "The things you are describing sound like Derriphan's they are old darkside creatures that attack and control the mind. Given some of the information we have for the village and what we have been observing since you went in. More activity from the... whatever is in there trying to keep a second group from going in to help you. We are uncertain of what it is or what they are but they have telekinetic abilities and are good at making people want to attack each other or doubt themselves. We don't think that can attack physically or have a severe limitation."

Junko was listening to it and she had never really heard of such a sithspawn but that didn't mean much, there were a lot of them in the galaxy that were roaming around in the planets of the galaxy. Junko could work with the lack of information and more so with some of the things that they were having to fear now. "Alright then, we'll work to confront the sithspawn if we can but they are here for a reason so we will be careful in our searching and they seem to dislike direct confrontation with us. We should be able to move around if we stay together and don't go alone into the fog until you send in a new team." Junko was thinking about it and she spoke. "Talk with matsu and send in a Herald team, let them come and work to fight against the sithspawn."

"Understood princess." There was a look though as Junko thought about it and she had a small grin to herself. If she could get some fo the elite soldiers that were being set up to become support for the jedi in a way no one else was then they would be able to handle some of the more dangerous things. The jedi princess was going through it and spoke. "We'll wait for the team to drop in and then proceed with some larger equipment and gear. My abilities, i can feel them and my equipment responds around here almost as if..." Junko trailed off and thought about it as she was moving about. It was like there were more smokestones here in the village and if that were true she could think of a few uses for them. Getting them away would likely help them learn about what has happened here and solve the mystery.

"We'll start searching princess, in groups as directed and with what we can." She was looking at them while they were going and the schoolhouse seemed a fitting place to check first. it was dark and dank but at the same time while she was moving there was a lot of things that she could see. Moving through the halls of it to give herself a little more credit where she could. The smokestones she was feeling were great for amplifying and letting mental influence go around. She was looking to recover what smoke stones they might be able to find while she entered the overseers office seeing the different statues he had brought in here... or was it a woman... she was uncertain going to the chair.

It wasn't much of an office or very welcoming in the dark with most of it covered in dust but JUnko could work with it. There had to be something here while she was looking at the desk and after clearing away the cobwebs and the dust she sat down opening the drawers at the desk. Getting a better idea for what she could about the school and what had been going on. "Hmm, there isn't much but it seems they got visitors. People had come to the village and were bringing what they called the wonders of the galaxy and exotic creatures." So a traveling circus maybe or something where these beings had visited bringing stuff. "They wanted to in the forest around the village and in it set up stones to help control the creatures."

Hmm she was thinking about it and those could be smokestones, the ability to enhance mental capabilities so that you would be able to use it on more being and creatures through the village and planet itself would need an amplifier.... She was guessing what it might be but they had several doen they were setting around the area of the village. In the buildings and Junko was looking at them as she had her hair piece with the smokestones and her lightsaber but if there was a chance there were more out there these could be invaluable for different types of gear. She could work on them like they had with the healing crystals to make the healing underlay and enhance those abilities.

Junko was sitting there and looking at things as the Heralds were coming to them, there was a few things to look at but she was trying to get a mental picture of what had been happening here with all of the others. There was talks about the hospital and the other places around the village. THey had been developing it to spread out and go up the mountain with some new areas but stick within the markers themselves. They knew what was in the forest and that the markers were put in place to both contain it but also keep it away from them within the small area. Unable to really pose a problem over the water of the river that they could use to go down and upstream to different villages.

"There is not much information about what has happened here but I am getting something of a picture with what they did. Someone came here to impress all fo them and that is the last stuff anyone was talking about. We might be able to find some information about the different creatures." They might be able to find where he had set up and her suspicion was that something he had brought had gotten loose or several somethins to cause problems and it was one of the things. Given the remote location and area it would be easy for something to happen and no one hear about it. If it happened and over time the creatures atayed then it could explain the fog even.

Junko got up from the desk before she was moving with a number of things to use around with a few of their things now. She let the datapad continue to record information and provide feedback about what was happening in the village. The other parties were providing information as well as scans of the other buildings. They had a mystery to solve and that was going to be an important part of what they were trying to do. Junko was searching in the school though while she walked providing a number of different areas to search for smoke stones that she could sense around them. "There is a stone here, be on the look out for false panels or walls that e will be able to move."

The small group came down here, working on it and they were going over the paneling in the school rooms. Junko followed her senses, what was there when she reached out with the force energies to give herself a better idea of where to go. The one room they didn't search had been locked down and blocked to prevent the fog from coming in. Junko started moving things to the side and with enough of them they could work on the things that they had doing. She was working with the others who came to meet them and from outside a team of heralds arrived as they stood there before she spoke. "Don't just stand around, dig in and lets get inside. I want to start trying to understand what happened here."

They were getting the doors cleared and opened when they got a lot of it out of the way. she provided a small look before the doors opened and the feeling on her exposed face made her skin feel clammy. Like it was wet and dry at the same time before she was stepping into the room with a small look on her face to the works that they were doing. The jedi princess stood when she was searching through it and the rubble around them. Junko was thinking about some more of the things when she heard the comlinks with a nod of her head. "Princess we have discovered something in one of the houses we were searching. No creatures but there was the remains of some people and they had a stone with them."
