Once we have some sort of idea for groundwork and what outsiders can create in this verse to join in, I'll blast it out in the public RP discussion forum so that people can create their gangs, and maybe little neat locations.

I smell a Super-Weapon!

Also I'm pretty sure there would be more environmental effects than simple hallucinations. It is after all a chemical compound found in Death Sticks, I imagine a lot of the native wildlife would not respond well to enough to cancel out extensive force use.

But I digress, I just wanted to say the initial line given the whole Rebellion situation that happened ;P
