No, you don't have to wait. And you shouldn't. My life has been hectic recently and I haven't had the time or energy to post. I will try to get one up today, but if I don't, feel free to carry on without me and I'll just jump back in where I can. Sorry about that.

A good rule of thumb is to simply wait 48 hours. If they haven't replied after 48 hours, go ahead and continue on without them.
So, we didn't get the dominion finished by the end of November, but I'm actually kind of glad about it. There are several interesting stories going on in this dominion right now, and it would be a shame to have to rush them. Keep up the good work guys!
