[Morgana Forceborn]

The need to be strong. The need to be kind. The need to be willing to do what was needed. That was everything her mother told her would come once she took the throne of Effekt. Morgana Forceborn, the genetic hybrid of many powerful force users before being left to train as a Jedi. In the last month she had discovered so many answers to the questions of her own life. Who she was. Who her parents were. What she was destined for. And to think she was created because her mother, the empress of the planet Effekt, had made her due to an unpredictable mind. While she still had some resentment towards her mother for this, even if her actions were justified in their own way, she was able to meet all the men whose DNA was added into the mix. It proved a beneficial reflection on herself, seeing where she came from and knowing where her personality and power and so forth truly came from.​

But today Morgana had been asked to see something on the planet for herself. Something that would add to what she was to protect on Effekt aside from it's people. Effekt itself had been declared something of a neutral ground for the Sith, Jedi and all other enemies throughout the galaxy. But neither side was fully aware that on the planet itself, within one of the ancient ruined cities, there was a powerful Force Nexus. From what Morgana understood it had originally been attempted by the "sorcerers" of old until both her mother Nimue and her aunt Taeli Raaf had refined and perfected it. However the nature of the Nexus itself was of the darkside, meaning the risk of it falling into the hands of the Sith was too great.​

Taking a speeder Morgana had come to the old city via speeder before traveling within the see the Nexus itself. If such a thing was one this planet then as a duty to both the Jedi and the Republic she could not risk Effekt falling into the hands of the Sith. And yet she worried how that would influence her and her people. How would they react when they knew Effekt was taking a side in the great galactic war when they had remained at peace for so long?​

Zrixtas had taken advantige of the libraries of his mistress to gain more knowledge of the force but it had only left him with something called a force nexus and the location of one. He had his ship enter the system from the outside and then ramped it up to it's top speed before he shut the engines off and let it drift. This would make spotting his ship very hard unless they were actually looking for him, something he had noticed they usually didn't do.
It didn't take him more than a few hours to drift into the planets orbit and with luck he saw an asteroid that he used for cover as he initiated landing procedures. His ship came in for a hard landing just outside the ruined city and he was soon upon the surface of Effekt.

He wore his armor with his hood over, which made him look like an armored sith, which was the point to appear like a meatbag instead of a droid. The initial walking wasn't that much but the raging energy around him made him stop every so often to get his bearings. "What is this maelstrom of energy?" He mumbled as he looked around and then at his hand as he then clenched it absentmindedly and walked forwards and came upon a ruined tower that he entered to look around.
Once at the top his audio sensors picked up a faint sound which he honed in on and saw a speeder enter the city. 'Who is this?' He thought as he stayed out of sight and decided that whoever this might be would lead him to the nexus... hopefully at least once the person stopped he would reveal himself at least.

Eventually Morgana had made her way into the ruins. She could sense it even from the edge of the old city itself. The darkside was strong here. It had taken root through the Nexus into this old city. The place felt haunted. And it probably was to be honest. She sighed, cursing her mother and aunt for having created such a thing in the first place. Despite it being a different time and they themselves being different people it did not change the fact that it still hurt to her. She cautiously made her way through the streets, often keeping her sense up in case there was someone or something nearby. A bad feeling was all around and it made her a little paranoid. The idea something was watching her forced her to contantly watch her back.​

Zrixtas followed after [member="Morgana Forceborn"] through the ruins keeping himself hidden as he moved after her. 'Who is this anyway?' He thought as most of his time following her went to pondering just who she was and what she was doing in the ruins in the first place. His hands held onto one of the lightsabers he had on him as he felt the force from her and he wouldn't take any chances with this individual, mostly because he hadn't really had time to fully train with his weapons. To him he was more like an initiate instead of an apprentice but he knew his droid body more than made up for it.

At the center of the city stood a giant spire where, as Morgana came closer, she could tell this was where the Force Nexuys was kept. Inside the giant building itself like a beacon. She began to understand why there was nothing else here as the darkside seemed to seep all over the place and drive anything else away. So this was it then? The Nexus was here and was now the secret valued thing kept on this planet. She wanted to enter and see it but every fiber of her being was telling her to stay away. She drew back, deciding to at least agree that it was inside. It was then she turned, sensing that someone was watching her from afar.​

[Lord Zrixtas]

Zrixtas stopped when [member="Morgana Forceborn"] came to a giant spire and he could feel the darkside so powerfully from the Spire. 'So this is it then.' He thought as he stood up from his hiding place and began to walk towards Morgana in a slow and steady pace. The strands of cloth and lower lobes around his body moved side to side as the wind picked up a little and he headed towards the woman he had followed. In one hand he had his lightsaber but he hadn't ignited it just yet instead he had his optical sensors zoomed in to get a better look at her. 'She's just a child?' He thought as he saw how young she was but then again most individuals around him were like children it happens when one reaches over four hundred years old.
He kept walking towards the girl until he was a few steps in front of her and he stopped. "Step aside..." He simply uttered as He stared at the girl, part of him wanted her to just leave but the other wanted to see who this young woman was.

The sound of steps made Morgana tense. She could finally see who it was. A...droid? At least it seemed like a droid, though one that was both fully armored and more advanced; and creepier too. As it told her to stand aside she immediately drew her saber hilt before taking a defensive stance. "Who are you? How did you get here?" were her first of many questions to follow. One thing was for sure, if this droid or whatever he was came here for the Nexus she would NOT let him get anywhere near her.​

Zrixtas vocalized a sigh when [member="Morgana Forceborn"] took the defensive posture. 'Great a jedi... just what I needed.' He thought before he turned his red saber on and cocked his head to the side. "Simple I'm here for that thing behind you and how I got here is simply none of your business." He then said as he raised his other hand and made the rubble around them rise up into the air. "Now step aside or I'm going to have to get really nasty here." He said but didn't finish with a 'now please leave as I don't want to hurt you.'

As [member="Zrixtas"] became hostile, showing his blade and making rubble rise, Morgana did not falter. She raised her blade before activating it, revealing the double-sided saber she handled. After spinning it for a moment she stood ready to fight and said "If you want it, you'll have to go through me." From there Morgana began to circle him, readying for a counter attack. If he attacked with the rubble she'd equalized it with a force blast to destroy the rubble before attacking. Otherwise she would try to duck away before making for an opening.​

Zrixtas dropped most of the rubble but made a few pieces shoot towards [member="Morgana Forceborn"] as he then ran fast towards her going in for an overhead strike at her own head. He was however only using it as a faint as he aimed with one of his legs to stomp on Morgana's leg to at least try and wound her enough to make her think about surrendering. He was however not yet fully used to the new body he was now inside and he ended up just clumsily step his leg near Morgana's own leg but in no way it would hurt her at all. "Just give up Meatbag... I'm far stronger than you." He then said menacingly as he hoped that would at least make it look like he did it on purpose.

When he fired the rubble she shot back with a Force blast, destroying it in the process. As he ran towards her she readied herself and spun her saber around before seeing him come for a overhead strike. She blocked only to see it was a feint. He pushed into her and smacked against her leg, pushing her onto her back. As soon as she landed, however, she rolled her entire body back and landed on one knee. She was a little sore but she wasn't out of the fight yet. When he told her to surrender she stood and retorted with "Why? Getting tired already?" sounding as confident as possible.​

She advanced and attacked with a forward thrust before swinging around for a sweep from the right. Given how well she handed the blade it was clear she had enough practice with a saberstaff. Once they sabers made contact she kept up the pressure with one jab after another following with swipes and ducks all around to keep [member="Zrixtas"] off-balance.​

Zrixtas growled a little at [member="Morgana Forceborn"]'s comment and was about to rush her when she suddenly attacked him with a jab and he swiped the jab to the side before he realized she had just kept him on the defensive for the following strikes. 'Chit I'm not good enough yet.' He thought before he was glanced by Morgana's saberstaff in the arm and he instinctively used a force push at the ground below him as he jumped into the air and landed on a standing yet ruined house near were they had been fighting.
"I don't get tired little girl unlike you." He then said to her before he pulled out another lightsaber and lit it. He then got into a crouching position and aimed himself at Morgana and activated the thrusters at the soles of his feet to go into an instant charge towards the girl with both sabers pointed towards her.

Morgana was surprised by the droids abilities. Either it was designed to be that good at fighting or there was some other power behind it. She made another swing trying to take his head off but missed as he flew up onto one of the ruins. She looked to where he landed and heard his comment before seeing yet another lightsaber in hand. She figured that, for him, it made the fight a little more even. She stood ready, spinning her saberstaff to switch hands, before he leap towards her. Seeing the added thrust she knew his attack had too much power to block on her own. Instead she dove forward before he landed to avoid the attack before running away. She made for one of the nearby ruins where she hid herself away, going silent as she hide from view and sound.​

Zrixtas's legs were stuck in the ground as he landed with more force than he had anticipated and he had to work his servos a bit to get loose.When he turned around and saw that Morgana had hidden herself he would smirk if he could. "Come on now little girl... You could have just given up and left." He shouted out to her as he raised a large boulder and then threw it at one of the houses. He didn't know if he'd hit or not but he really didn't care that much as he walked out to a large open space in the ruins near the spire and turned of his sabers. He extended his audio sensors as well as his force senses as he looked for Morgana. "You can't hide forever."

As Morgana remained out of sight she instead took this advantage of being unseen against [member="Zrixtas"] . When he tossed the boulder at one of the ruins it collapsed but, as he would see, Morgana was not inside. A sudden sound of something calling came from behind only foe foot steps to be heard running behind him a moment later. A rock came from another direction and was aimed for his back before he would hear her say "Who said I'm trying to hide?" with a little giggle following.​

To say Zrixtas was amused at [member="Morgana Forceborn"] would be a complete lie as he raised one hand up and raised a few pebbles up into the air making them hover in a circle around him before he flicked his wrist and shot the pebbles out in a cirlce around him. Effectively carpet pebbling the area around him. "So you want to play games with me.... Fine lets play then." He then muttered out in an annoyed tone and jumped high into the air, holding himself in the air with the thrusters to hover for a few moments as he scanned the area before landing again with a loud crash down, sending dust and small rocks flying out from his impact. For only a few seconds only his lightsabers were visible but that soon cleared out with a good gust of wind.

When [member="Zrixtas"] flew up Morgana had peeked out to see. She realized he was looking before finally seeing him starting to fly down towards her. She gasped before ducking away as he crashed into the building and caused a lot of dust and rubble to fly about. But instead of back away she used this to her advantage. Her lightsaber had been off during the whole time but now, as she stood behind him, she activated both ends before charging at him and unleashing one swift jab and counter after another.​

As soon as he heard the lightsabers ignite he turned around to just barely block the jab and was soon back on the defensive. He kept defending until he had enough and used a force push on [member="Morgana Forceborn"] with the intent to stagger her long enough so he could put one saber away and hold the other with both hands as he began to bring down strikes intended to mess with her defense as he brought down all the strength his metal body could muster into every strike.
It was quite clear he had had enough of being on the defensive and wished to change things around.

As his tactics changed so too did Morgana's. Because he had gone on the offensive she changed to defense, and had needed to put more effort due to his changing to one saber but putting more strength behind his attacks. Morgana, however, had managed a way to work with that to her advantage. As he would give his heavy strikes she would catch his saber on one of her own before moving to the side and then giving slack as to let the blades move past her. Basically she was letting his own strength get the better of him. Eventually she saw an opportunity and, after giving slack yet again to where he would pass her, Morgana jumped and tried to deliver a kick to the back of his head.​

The kick didn't hurt, at all really but it was enough to stagger him a bit forwards and he was just getting angrier at the nimble girl. With his free hand raised towards her he made it look like he was going to do a force push and instead opened up the wrist blaster on his arm and began to fire a few shots at her as he closed the distance between them. "I have had enough of you!" He shouted as he was seething with anger and his patience had just run out, not that it was his strong suit anyway. Once he was in striking distance to her he began to lay out a flurry of wild strikes as if he didn't care were he was aiming his saber rather just at her instead of any specific spots. "YIELD DAMN YOU!"
