In the past, Bounty Hunters were known as dangerous renegades who entered any territory or system, solely to hunt down and capture or kill their target. The results could get messy, involving law enforcement and causing dissent to a governing body's position. While the collateral damage was usually kept to a minimum, many higher-ups had their noses out of joint because hunters didn't answer to anyone.

That was then; this is now.

With the formation of the Bounty Hunters' Guild, all members are required to abide by strict rules, albeit simple ones. By serving as the broker for the numerous hunters in the galaxy, by centralizing operations and information, the goal is to provide a safer, more efficient service for all clientele.

And that's where Bounty Licenses come into play; they are official documents that allow registered Guild hunters the opportunity to purchase a license, as dictated by you, to enter a system or territory and conduct bounty contracts, with your permission.

So as a Major Faction owner, why should this interest you?

1. It puts the pressure on your bounties.

The Guild is captivating many bounty hunters' interest. That's a high amount of hunters whose sole goal is to capture your targets, and we are steadily growing. So, by legitimizing us as a neutral entity that can be licensed to operate in your Major Faction's territory, it helps us become more effective and more able to help you when you need us. Plus, all the paperwork and red-tape for all operations is taken care of - so no more clashes with authority or unregistered contracts!

2. We're organized.

We're creating incentives for members to complete hunts and we're creating ways to make it easier for them to do so. This amplifies our effectiveness in the field and increases your chances of successfully acquiring your bounty targets, should you seek our help.

3. We're neutral.

The Guild owes nothing to anyone, and it will forever stay that way. Neutrality and confidentiality are two of our highest goals as an organization. Your secrets are safe with us, because you paid for that peace of mind.

4. You can define your licenses as you wish.

Bounty Hunters will operate in your territory how your government wishes them to operate. See the template provided for what you can add to make your license personalized to your faction's tastes, or themed to how your faction operates. Our goal is to make as little impact as possible, unless absolutely necessary.

5. You want your targets to suffer consequences? So. Do. We.

Stop devoting your own resources towards pursuing these Galactic menaces throughout the Galaxy. Put some credits on the table, hire the Guild, and watch your targets turn into acquisitions.

6. You get to make a little money off of it, too.

Your Major Faction gets to define the terms, price and limitations of any license you provide the Guild. The Bounty Hunters will then purchase those licenses, providing you with the credits (minus the Guild's small 10% commission). The additional benefit is that you can offer deals or discounts or otherwise make your licenses the biggest draw for the hunters - offer your terms, and draw our members in.

All the Bounty Hunters' Guild asks for is a 10% processing fee. 10%! You can't get any better rates this side of Nal Hutta space.

7. Corporate opportunities.

There is also the added benefit of having corporations purchase your license, for an additional 25% cost, to ensure their sponsored hunters are active in your system or territory. So you get even more, if the big companies get involved!

8. As the middle-man, we'll handle all your processing for you.

We'll keep track of who buys your licenses and keep a roster of them for you at no additional cost. It's our way of thanking you for getting involved with the Bounty License program. That said, have you had issues with a hunter and want to void that license? Send us a message and we'll make sure they're put on your blacklist. Here at the Guild, you have your licenses your way.

Where do I post my Major Faction Bounty Hunting License?
