"Mandalorian Territories" and the other locations listed are to donate the price per ton based on the location of the buying character.
If you're a member of the Omega Protectorate, you'd pay more than a member of the Republic because you're farther away.
If you're a member of the Mandalorian Faction, you pay less because you're closer to the warehouses.
It's a logistical/supply chain thing.
All the same. We're not currently selling restricted materials.
That's mainly there as a roleplay thing.

The rules for the board state that an individual can only own a ship upto 400 meters long. Anything larger has to belong to a company, minor faction, or major faction.
And while space station ownership isn't covered by those rules... Common sense kinda takes over here.

He doesn't own a company, yet. I am looking into it. But might pass on it. I haven't made an "Official" decision in that capacity, yet. My character has worked with them for some time so he would have some sort of built up stipend. Mandal Hypernautics primarily caters to private military groups and major government militaries, as well as a few pirate and criminal organizations.
I've got a number of high quality starfighters, bombers, shuttles, patrol ships, corvettes, and frigates to fulfill specific roles.
But if you're simply looking for a "big, nasty frigate", I don't really build those. My corvettes and frigates are fast attack ships or support specialists. Cruisers and Heavy Cruisers are where I build my brawlers.
I think you'll have better luck finding a ship to fit your particular needs with Silk or one of the other major starship manufacturers.

Any chance I could get the durasteel portions made in cortosis? I know there would be a large upcharge, but I can pick it up once I get back to Mando space. So that should cut down on the cost some, right? If I can't purchase it made in cortosis, I'll still purchase the standard model.

This would be a backup battery for the armor.
- Mun'Beviin Anti-Materiel Rifle
