Features I am looking for is light, but tough. Also, I can do this on my own if you do not provide it, but I would like it to have Sith Alchemy on it. That has Darth Ares becomes enraged the sword burns with dark side fire, black fire basically and as his rage increases so does the fires intensity.

Whatever you can get close to this or want to add to make this more like a sword of Ares, I bow o your creativity and skillful hands.

I am unfortunately not and alchemist. I can make a masterwork blade but to make it have physical manifestations of force energy you need a Sith alchemist. You may be able to find one by posting your request in your faction forums.
