According to the 'Adding Planet'-rules it is not allowed to add more planets if a hex already has four worlds.

"2. Planets requesting to be added to grids with 4 or more planets already occupying that grid will be asked to move or be denied. Previously existing entries are grandfathered in."

Does this mean that the One Sith will not be able to fill up that neutral space by Ragoon?

As I understand it, that only applies to player-created worlds.

Could be it. I have no idea. But it is good to point out that the first rule specifically states something about non-canon, thus custom, worlds. Whilst the second rule does not make that distinction, which implies to me that it does not matter.

I usually treat this as a time oriented thing. I've instructed Alric (or myself, whoever updates the map next) that the hole will slowly close over time.

I've always treated those situations differently, but the time-lapse closure is something I think is worth instituting to make the map game a little more interesting.

Sigh. Main reason we did Ragoon, from my understanding, is what admin told me: that domming every planet would fill a space up. Now we did the work, just for said information to be nullified.

Gotta love when things get flip flopped.

But a complaint a day keeps the closure at bay, buddy. I'll keep that thing open so long they'll recast Shia Lebeaof with the One Sith in the Holes 2 sequel.
