Is there any precedent for claiming a woman as a mate ( curious as one of the people in my advert was one and before saying no I figure I would check to see if such a thing was possible)
Yes, Petra claims women. It's a thing. Petra's also not here so don't confuse the poor girl, @[member="Inara Ka"]
@[member="Elayne Hawk"] , yes, you can take a woman as your mate and the ceremony itself isn't gender specific. You just don't own your female mate as you wouldn't your male one.
Petra is my witchie/italian mentor, Elayne. She thought me most of what I know about WoD today and helps me a lot with my italian and spells (which I write in italian).
Yes, you can claim more than one. Your claim can't be claimed by anyone else but you. We'll do a rp about the claiming ritual soon, Elayne is too young to know all the detail.
Though this family doesn't usually claim more than one and it tends to be for life.
but what if elayne is starting a 3 threads in the near future about claiming... and she is 21... hardly young... and I want to know more... as its pertient...
