ever since the raid failed Kami tried to avoid Des the guy gave her nothing but chaos it was him that got her back in to combat and rippedup the last of her lungs. so when the call came through thay he wanted Void steel

"Echuta Kami! Long time no see! Not even a call doll! How've you been?" Des eyed the petite Mandalorian carefully as he said these words with his most charming smile.

He held his arms out open as if going for a hug and when it became apparently obvious the girl was not about to hug him he simply let them fall to his side. Kami had been an old friend. One that had followed Des into combat and hair brained schemes time after time. She always had the gadgets to make things work, but Des had never been able to fully repay her kindness. Until now that is. With Desmonds newly appointed position in the Imperial military he could quiet posibly get the girl the sponsor she so desperately needed. All it would take was a little buttering up of the higher ups. After all Grand Admiral Butch did just announce that he was willing to expound upon the Imperial basics. He just needed a test product

" You are lucky i need the anti space magic stuff. " Kami admitted sitting on her chair they had decided to meet on the chis's old tub of a YT1300.
she hated the old ships. the thongs were just Tetanus waiting to happen. still she sat in her chair in a destiny unladylike manor.
" Lets see the armor you have planned. and no i won't paint flames on it. " she joked she had plans for her own armor it'd need to be madfe in small bots at a time.

Desmond rubbed the back of his head. He hadn't really planned to put it on his armor, but he supposed that would probably be smart.

“Well Kami, you see that’s where I could use your expertise! I haven’t really got a plan. I was thinking just put it on some rings,”

" look' il planning a material class 7 resistance a blend of void stone nutronium and duraplasts sensor force ballistic and blaster resistant. i was planning to keep it a secret. but you and your band of idiots are more than likely to get your self killed trying to mine this stuff." she admitted.
" Mining is difficult and refining harder. you dint want to waste your time. so where we off to?" she asked [member="Desmond C'artyom"]

1The chiss listened to the girl half interested and nodded when he thought it was appropriate. He honestly had no clue what she was talking about, but it sounded smart and effective. So, he went along with it. Desmond stared at the galaxy map in front of him and contemplated the womans question.

"I don't know," he shrugged

"Where can we find void stone?" He asked as he looked back from the cockpit.

Kami punched herself in the face. emotions were awkward to deal with. she became surly. " oh for karks sake Kayri, Elrood, or Caeliar. those are your options. look im going to go call Lyth go get equipment sent to wherever you chose. id say Elrood. but i need to relax. " she fumed
she hated this, her brain didn't work right. it frustraited her but Des didnot deserve to havr it takrn out on him.

"Hmmm... never been to Elrood before," the Chiss said carefully. Kami didn't seem like she was in a good mood so, he'd have to tread carefully. He punched in a series of commands into his flight console and the blues of hyperspace filled the canopy. A few moments later the green blue sphere of Elrood sat before them. "Seeing a new planet from space for the first time never ceases to amaze me. Kinda romantic dontcha think?" Des said devilishly as he atempted to slip an arm around Kami.

she sighed. sitting down.

Desmond C'artyom slowly moved his arm behind Kami, but the Mandalorian moved just in the nick of time and Des fell flat on his face as he atempted to put his weight were the girl had once been. He rubbed his head as he lay on the ground and picked himself off the ground. For a technical genius the girl was quiet the air head Desmond thought. "Eh, autisms? I don't believe that. Anyways, I dont mind letting someone else do all the work," Desmond smiled

kami looked to [member="Desmond C'artyom"] then looked at the chrts. " ok Voidstone is a bit tricky to mine so i sent a few droids ahead to did out a few kg of the stuff. it should be ready when we get there." Kami admitted finishing her typing.

Desmonds outstretched his arms lazily and yawned heavily.

"Great so the droids should have it all done by the time we get there right?"

" Stuff is being mined We can take our time and go get the stuff worked out. "

Desmond flew the ship to the surface of the crater. He hopped out of the pilots seat and walked to the back of the ship where opened the Cargo hold for the droids to load the void stone. [member="Kami Meran"]
