To be fair, it explains how he ''died'' in the first Metal Gear game and then miraculously returned in the second. I thought the ending was fine. It's just another Raiden like in MGS 2 and people ended up liking the character. And pff, don't compare it to Mass Effect 3. That was FAR worse a letdown.

Anybody on this website could have written something to make those loose threads match. I consider the full account of MGSV's writing to be ridiculous in the extreme. But again, that's just my opinion. Most of the other guys say it was fun enough in it's gameplay that they could ignore the story shenanigans. So I'm sure history will uphold it a great title.

We're getting new DLC with a bunch of awsome MGS 3 outfits and some armor for our horse. The Boss and Eva's outfits are available for usage as our female mother base soldiers. :3

It was already explained in the original. There's a post-credit thing where it's revealed he survived.

MGS3 suit looks pretty rad. Doubt i'll buy it though. Shelved this game for now.
