"Just don't let anyone tamper with it." Alina swallowed back her pride and trusted that Mathieu Brion Mathieu Brion , despite being a Jedi, had proven himself to be trustworthy. Perhaps, in a way, he had proved he was the type of Jedi that the order was supposed to be. The genuine doubt was gone now. Even if all the Jedi were like him, it wouldn't change her mind. She wasn't going to embrace the light or forgo her Sith teachings. She wanted to learn about the Jedi more, that was the only reason she'd go along with it.

"I've always wanted to see Voss. A shame it'll be in handcuffs." She lead the way, not entirely liking the fact he was behind her but understanding the reason behind it. "What happens now?"

"As long as I'm around to prevent it, I will" he said, hoping that it would bring her comfort. He had not planned on parting with it until he was going to walk separate ways from the Sith regardless, making it an easy wish to honour.

He nodded at her expressed interest in seeing Voss "We'll see where they have capacity. We can always try" It was an honest answer - Mathieu had little control over where there would be a Master ready to handle her, but if he could get her to a planet where she was more at peace, he would endeavour to do so. The win was two-fold. On the one hand, she would probably be happier for it, and that was good in his mind. On the other, making her more at peace might help in swaying her from the dark side or at least less prone to using the dark side. Maybe it was naive, but he had to try.

They turned into another corridor with a few doors to the right and one at the very end "We're going to the security office. From there, we can gain access to some of the communication devices we need and probably some logistical help too"

It was not a long walk to the end of the corridor. When they got there, Mathieu opened it by calling the receptionist inside via the console next to the door. Once inside, a spacy office setting would present itself, busy with guards and other personnel. They were soon approached by the second in command, prompting the Jedi to tell her about the situation "This is the Sith you shot down just now. Can you help me contact a Jedi Master? I'd like to take her to see one. Maybe you could prepare a ship and a few guards too?" The Officer was not slow and promptly nodded before moving to establish the communications.

With a little bit of time between just the two of them, he turned to her "If the Master doesn't object, I'll come with you to Voss. We might part ways there - but it should make the trip a bit safer for everyone." he smiled "..and maybe we could play some pazaak or dejarik in the ship"

There was a nod as Alina followed Mathieu Brion Mathieu Brion . She'd fallen silent, more watching and listening to everything happening around her. Learning. Guards to be brought, huh? That'd make it a bit easier if she needed to escape. More bodies meant more ways to dissuade the Jedi from fighting. Though she hoped there wouldn't be a need to escape just yet. She avoided eye contact with any of the security officers. All to add to the act. She was a Sith uncertain on her path but trying to be certain regardless.

That's what he seemed to believe.

Pazaak? She snorted at that, her gaze finally shifting back up to him. A coy grin formed. "I wouldn't mind taking all your money. Or clothing. I've been known to play for either or." She doubted the Jedi would play strip pazaak, but the idea of him willingly getting out of his armor would make any attempt to escape easier. Plans upon plans. Mm. Maybe it was being too complicated. The reality was simple. She'd get to Voss, hear what this master had to say, then try to escape with a Jedi or two as hostage.

What could go wrong?

Activity in the office seemed to increase as time went by. Mathieu assumed it was because they now had to prepare to transport a Sith - something far beyond the regular activities at the facility. It didn't matter much to him, at least not now. Allowing his focus to return to Alina, Mathieu let out an amused chuckle "Maybe I would've taken you up on that a few years ago" he spoke jovially as he thought back on his days as a Mercenary and a teen. There was much which he was not proud of - but having a lot of fun was not one of them. Of course, he had fun as a Jedi too, but it was not really the same. "I thought we'd just have a friendly game, but I think we could put some stakes in it" he smiled but soon added "I won't be discarding any clothing though" it was really nothing he was all too interested in now that he had Inara.

Before long, the officer returned, bringing along four men, all armed and seemingly seasoned. "There's a freighter on platform 1. A rodian named Lim pilots it and should be ready to take you to Kashyyyk" The large Padawan threw the Officer an awkward look "Actually, I was going to check if we had any capacity on Voss" Although he looked somewhat troubled, the man nodded before walking off, this time leaving Alina and Mathieu alone with the four guardsmen. Leaning over to her, he whispered "Maybe you'd have better luck convincing one of them to get the exciting stakes going" with a playful tone.

Upon returning, the Officer informed them that they could indeed go to Voss and that they would have someone ready to pick them up upon arrival. With that, the guards lead the way to the ship which had all six of them walk back through the same corridor that they had walked through on their way to the Security Office.

The humble freighter was far from new. In fact, it had seen far better days. But there was no real doubt that it would fall apart, even if one of the loading ramp control mechanics seemed a bit wonky. Well inside, a twitchy rodian clad in a blue jumpsuit greeted them before showing them to what seemed like an unusually small cargo compartment "I'll stay with her" The young Morellian looked to the guards and Lim with a smile, figuring that they would probably be more at ease if he stayed with her than someone else. While the others seemed content, one of them took a step forth with two energy-based restraints, one set for the wrists and the other for the ankles. In Mathieu's eyes, his intents were rather clear - but before he did anything himself, he glanced to Alina, to see what she would do.

"Mm. A shame." There goes that idea, though it didn't truly matter for what she wanted. Mathieu Brion Mathieu Brion seemed far more relaxed, though. That was good. She let herself smile, though that quickly soured at the mention of Kashyyyk. So that's where they were going to take her anyway? An unamused expression soon took over the soured, leaving her more annoyed than ever before. Already she was plotting her way to kill these men before the Jedi could react. Likely with his saber, if she needed to.

But the Jedi was the one who spoke up and stopped such plans. At least he had the authority to change the destination to Voss. A brow raised as her gaze shifted to the soldiers. Was he talking get their money, or their clothing? Either could be entertaining. She leaned back in turn, a light smile on her lips. "We both know none of them could keep up."

As soon as she got into the ship she could already tell this wasn't going to be a pleasant trip for her. She was being stored as cargo? Alina's eyes shifted about the cramped looking space, obviously unamused. And then one of the guards decided they needed to try and chain her up? The unamused glare fell to him, before a sharply fanged smile formed on her lips.

"And here I thought you were all scared of me. That's rather bold of you to ask me to tie you up. Perhaps this trip won't be as boring as I thought."

The guard looked surprised. Lim looked surprised. Mathieu looked surprised. "I don't think that's what he meant" the Rodian proved to be excellent at stating the obvious but could tell from the expressions of those nearby that maybe it was not all too well timed. With that, she spoke once more "I'll get us up in the air" before swiftly moving away.

A few moments of silence passed before the guard spoke up himself, reiterating what was said moments before. That was not what his intents were. Mathieu looked at the situation with concern. Realistically, there was really only a few outcomes that he expected if the guard tried to force the restraints on her. If he didn't manage to use either his blaster or stun baton on her first, he would probably end up gravely wounded or dead without the Padawan's intervention. And Mathieu really didn't want more violence.

Shuffling a bit in his armour, Mathieu hoped to draw everyone's attention "Why don't you check with Lim to see if we've got a couple pazaak decks on the ship." the hint was in reality not very subtle. While giving the Morellian an unconvinced nod, the men did leave the two force users in the room as they went to find Lim. With the door closed, Mathieu sat down on a crate "Do you really think I'm that boring company?" he asked, playing off of what she said to the guard moments earlier.

Alina let the silence go on for a little bit before she burst out into laughter. Couldn't help herself, really. The laughter was what kept her from trying to rip the man's throat out. Thankfully Mathieu Brion Mathieu Brion handled the rest of the conversation before she couldn't keep distracting herself with humor and the annoyance came back. She didn't like the idea of being in chains, and she certainly didn't like the fact she had to sit in the cargo.

"No, you're not boring." She mused lightly, glancing away from him. "I'm just incredibly uncomfortable with everything that's happening."

A smile and a nod. She had implied otherwise, but at least she didn't stick to it now. He was not boring company. That was good. What was not quite as good was her extreme discomfort. Something which was rather understandable, seeing as how she was now a captive en route to a Jedi Master who would most likely prefer to see her converted to the light side of the force. "I'm sorry to hear that, Alina." he said, unsure of how much good it would do. After a brief pause, he added "I'd be too, in your situation" with a meek smile.

Well timed, a guard opened the door with some Pazaak cards at hand. After thanking him, Mathieu turned back to Alina "Maybe this can distract you from the discomfort for a while" he said as he grabbed the cards to prepare the game. Once all was said and done, he gave her a nod, inviting her to begin.
