Okay, the RP would take place in a tatooine cantina during a major thick sandstorm. Oka would be a Rogue that huddle people together to hear his story. After telling the Halloween story, it'd come to life. It would happen as the story told and the participants would have to follow the storyline upon extra actions since its your character.

A sandstorm would make more sense but rain has been the start of the dead rising in all the SWRP: 31st threads, plus it's easier to walk around in the rain.
