Mysteries and secrets of the Past

He looked at her reaction. She must have been thinking that she offended him,in fact she didn't. He told his tale so many times he didn't care if it was personal or not. All he cared about that he was glad to be alive to carry out revenge upon the Sith.

He extendad his arms out to the table to reach her even though she was crossing her arms he didn't care either way he just wanted to make her feel better, and not feel so bad for him.

He gave her a warm smile, and spoke with serenity in his voice. It's quite alright. I am not offended in the slightest. I believe that the force brought me back for a reason. That reason is to destroy the karking sith anyway I can,and to complete my training so that I'm no longer a padawan. So please Viktoria don't feel bad for me."

Viktoria looked up as she saw Jakkor moving his hand across the table to her. The way he smiled and then spoke to her, made her feel calm. She didn't know what it was but she actually felt human right now. He didn't make her feel like she was actually a stranger. She was just happy that he wasn't offended.

When he mentioned his training, she held that thought in her head for when she'd respond. One of the questions that did stick out in her mind was, why did the force lead him to her? She was just another Jedi out there in the galaxy upon thousands. Maybe the force had plans for both of them and this was their destiny. To meet, get to know each other and finish off the Sith together. Whatever it was, it had Viktoria puzzled. She'd had enough of keeping it in, she had to explain what she thought right now. She sighed and looked back to Jakkor before speaking.

"Ok, so the force mysteriously attracts us together, we both have the want to get rid of the Sith, we've both gone through pretty darn similar and rather rough things through childhood, the force is trying to tell us something. You want to finish your training and I've been helping out the masters teach younglings." she sighed once more. "Alright, let me get to the point here. It would be an honor to ask you, would you like to become my student and officially finish your training?"

Viktoria's heart felt like it was going to beat out of her chest as she awaited his response.

Jakkor was ectastic, but he dared not show it. He has the oppurtunity to complete his training and become a knight of the jedi order. The force did work in mysterious ways indeed.

Here he was traveling through the farthest reaches of the galaxy like a man in exile, and yet here he was in front of this woman who perhaps could be the closest one of understanding him the most. She shared own pain that was no different than his. They both seemed like the same people, but from two different worlds, and it filled Jakkor's heart with astounding joy.

He answered her very happy, still keeping the warm smile he said. "I would be honered to be apprenticed to the most beautiful and couragus jedi I am seeing right now."

On the inside, Viktoria was relieved when she heard his response. They seemed to be having the exact same feelings, because she was overly happy to hear his response, but she could easily sense his enthusiasm to finally finish his training. He wasn't that bad at hiding his expressions. If anything, he had figured it out as much as she had.

With so much in common, Viktoria knew now that the force was telling them that they were right for each other. She felt as if she had accomplished something very very important. And now, he had become more important to her than anything else. Now whatever would come to the Master and Apprentice, she would protect him with everything she had and would treat him as if he were her own family. Would he still know danger? Of course, he lived through the most miserable war over 800 years ago and he's still here. She would truly give it her all to protect and teach him the way her own master had; with kindness, patience and most of all, she would teach with her heart.

This time when she looked back over to Jakkor, she returned the smile, listening to what he had said. She had almost given in and almost started thanking him for calling her beautiful (as no one had ever really told her it before), but she remembered that as a master, she would still have to have to keep her conscious. She smiled before she spoke up once more.

"Well, then it is my honor to now call you my apprentice and Padawan. I'm lucky to now be teaching one of the most generous and quite similar young man I have ever known."

she smiled. It was honestly hard to put into words with how happy Viktoria was to not be lonely anymore, plus to finally have someone who looked up to her.

Jakkor was smiling widely. His path was so long, and yet so dark. He had endured a life of untold sufferening through all 800 years of going through one of the worst galactic wars in history. Plus being locked in a box for 800 years. He had wondered the galaxy for many months since being awakened even though he had many friends, and adventures he still felt lonely.

Here he was sitting in front of who he thought was an angel. Someone to take away his lonliness, and complete his training. He was very happy to find someone like her. He was practically thanking the force for granting him this. For giving someone who could know, and understand him in this awful, and tragic galaxy.

He got up,and did something he never did he knelt before her resting his head down. Than he got up,and said still very happy as he raises his head, and look her in the eye. "Thank you so very much Viktoria, but I don't really know if I am generous,or as similar to your master. My path has been so long, and so dark, and yet the force had granted you to me. Someone who is like me,and someone who understands me. You have no idea how happy I am!"

He was so happy a couple tears came down his cheeks. He was a bit embarrased, but at the moment he didn't care.

Viktoria knew that he had had a rough life. They both had. But she would never lose sight of the fact that he had gone through much worse that she had ever gone through. She would never forget that. She would also never forget that right this moment, he was the best thing that'd ever happened to her.

Sure she had the Jedi, but she spent most of her time out in space after the loss of her master. Once she lost him, she used the universe as a distraction and decided to chart the stars and maps of the universe. But how her master left her, she would try her best to not leave Jakkor the way her master had left her years ago. Viktoria was pretty sure they both were thinking the same thing; that one another had been the best thing that had ever happened to them.

She then watched as Jakkor got up to come in front of her to then kneel in front of her, with his head bowed. For a second, she was speechless when he did this, but then she remembered, that most Padawans had been taught this tradition. Once she heard what he said and noticed that he blushed ever so slightly, Viktoria took his hands into hers and also looked him in the eye before she spoke.

"Jakkor, I used to think alot of the same until I met you. You among all of the other Jedi and Padawans I have ever met, never made me feel so confident about something. Only one other person made me feel that way, and he's not here anymore. You may not see it in yourself, but I see it and I know that you are a generous and honest person. And don't let anyone tell you otherwise. And believe me, I think our happiness is equal. You have no idea how much it means to me to have someone with so much in common. Almost everyone I've met thought I was some crazy person with a sob story and silly scars. But you understand me, and I understand you. I would have never thought that I would find someone like you."

She responded calmly. She meant every word she said and Viktoria wasn't going to ever regret saying what she had said.

He listened very carefully. They were in a way kindred spirts. He was still happy it was like a high he wished could never end,and perhaps it never will. He and She were two of a kind. Not many people could find that many people, and to be so lucky like the both of them.

He blushed, and looked away when he felt her soft hands touched his. It had been so very long since he had known affection, and welcomed it graciously. He looked down avoiding her gaze due to his embarrasement. When she was finshed he held her hands tenderly and gently with his own as he said.

"Now I guess with you and I both know how to find out that when you think your alone in a cruel galaxy. Then when you find out your not. I guess you can say maybe their is no one luckier than us."

As far as he can tell this was the most happiest, and best moment in his life to experiance something like this manifested by the very will of the force.

Viktoria was no doubt appreciative upon hearing his response. He may have been embarrassed when she took his hands, but she was now his master. She was now responsible for him and basically for whatever he'd go out and do, based on how well she trained him. She knew he'd be cooperative, but she'd never had a Padawan before. This would either be really easy or really hard. And who knew? Maybe if she was able to teach him well enough, she would bring on a second Padawan to train with him. She knew that once she got a hang of this, she'd be soaring and she'd be wanting to take on more that just one Padawan. But for now, she'd train Jakkor and finish his training and learn together as she trained him. It would definitely be a learning process for both of them.

She watched as he looked away when she took his hands. But then, he seemed to have taken her hands into his this time after she finished speaking. He held hers very gently. She only wondered how good he was with fighting and the force. With somebody so similar to her, he must have had two sides. A gentle side, which shone brightly currently, and a fierce and bold side reserved for battle; a type of attitude that would have someone regretting whatever they had done if they had messed with them.

"You are very much so, correct. While it's a cruel universe on the outside, on the inside is the golden treasure. The inside is the heart, the true beauty and kindness that can ever come from something. The Universe and galaxy has a story. Everyone has a story. You just have to have the heart and the ear to take it into consideration no matter what situation you could be in. You could be the richest person in the world or you could be like someone like us, who was kicked to the curb, who never got the chance to tell their story, but is willing to hear others' stories. And that's where the gold is. Is when you've been rejected, but you can get right back up and come back stronger, more resilient, and more knowledgeable, therefor becoming undefeatable. That's also where you can confuse others who are wondering where your stance is on life. It keeps them guessing and it earns you respect."

she responded. It was one of the same conversations she and her master had when she was a Padawan. She had repeated everything he'd said word for word when she had been looking for guidance. He had told her that she had remembered that throughout life, she wouldn't fail, plus she would generally gain the upper hand in an argument when one was confused on where she stood.

Jakkor was very surprised by her words. Here was a girl only a few years older than he was yet had wisdom beyond her years. She was trully a Jedi Knight. He was an Outcast who belonged to no order. He had strayed from the jedi path, and had given to the dark side just to survive.

He was very uncertain he had force visions of himself, and his future. Things would be very dark, months ago he experianced one of a being he could barely see covered in darkness and was the scourge for jedi and sith alike. He called himself Darth Thaxsis he had seen him wearing a mask, and when he took it off it revealed none other than himself grinning wickedly and cackling as he cut Jakkor down, and it ended.

Despite the visions,as master yoda once said that the future was always in motion. He had to take this chance to perhaps become something different. After she was finished he chuckled, and smiled lightly as he said.

"No wonder they made you a Knight as young as you are. You sound like one of the masters of the old jedi order. You posess wisdom beyond your years it seems, but if I finish my training I am not like any other jedi I walk the fine line between the light and the dark. What will I do now Master?"

He said in a calm tone as he matched her gaze with his own. Not even realizing he was still holding her hands still.

Viktoria took a second after she finished speaking until she really repeated in her mind what she had said. She'd said many other things that were similar, but then there were times that it had just come out and she had had no idea what she said.

She listened to Jakkor as he spoke up. He was surprised by what she'd said and she had a feeling he would be. Most people were when she just couldn't hold things like that back. What he was saying, stunned her slightly, but she knew she'd have to help him one way or another. It was her choice. Viktoria had almost forgotten that they were holding each other's hands, but right now, it didn't matter.

"You wanna know what to do? When I teach you, I expect you to follow your instincts and let the force guide you to your destiny. While I'll be teaching you as a Jedi, if you stray off the path slightly, it's fine. But don't ever lose sight of who you are. When I was young I also used to tread on the light and dark side. Even these days, I still do. It's nothing unusual. It's not a difficult thing to fix if you wanna stay on the light side, it just takes a little extra training."

She responded calmly. Their gazes met after they finished talking and she waited a little bit to let what she had said, sink in.

Jakkor smiled he was ready now more than ever to return to the order. He was still holding her hands as he was thinking to himself.
'Perhaps it was time that I resumed my training anyway. After all now matter how battle hardened I am I won't get anywhere fighting the sith as a lone padawan.'

As he finished his thought he looked into his master's eyes once more. He felt calm and tranquil as if he could get lost within the gaze. If Jakkor had died as a result of order 66,or any other way he could have sworn that he could have been reincarnated as her. Hell they were practically the same person from different timelines.

He kept looking into her eyes for a second he forgot what what he was going to say,but quickly remembered it and spoke with a mix of confidence, and calm in his voice.

"Then I am ready Viktoria. Looks like I'll be right by your side from now on. So when do we begin,Oh silly me I almost forgot to show my hospitality now that you have shown me yours! Why not come on board the Outlander it's a bit bigger than this vessal, and I can provide you a meal, and a place to sleep for a while if you would like?

He rubbed the back of his head as he smiled a bit shyly. Here he was offering to have dinner with his master, and was wondering on how he would respond. At some point he would hunt for holocrons, but it could wait for one night especially for her.

When Viktoria saw Jakkor smile, she returned it. It felt different now that she was a master. She felt more mature, wiser. But one thing she had not realized, was that she opened her heart. When she came to the Order, she had pretty much closed herself off from everyone, keeping herself isolated. The only way she received training, was when her master dragged her into an empty class room. Her main fear had been hurting others with the powers that she knew she had, but she had fallen into depression until she was about 16.

Now that she's a knight, and having no more master to guide her, she was on her own basically and she would figure it out by herself. She made a living by herself, so who as to say she couldn't teach? Afterall, it'd be like teaching herself, and that was pretty easy. They gazed into each others' eyes as they seemed to both be thinking, but Jakkor shook her from her thoughts as he spoke up.

"That would be wonderful! It probably wouldn't be a bad idea to get something to eat anyway."

she smiled. Viktoria then stood up. She hadn't ignored his first question, she just needed to think of when to tell him... she could tell him his response tonight after dinner before they went in for the night.

[member="Jakkor Kess"]

He stood up,and smiled at her. She was in his mind the most beautiful jedi he had ever seen. Even more than the jedi he seen 800 years ago,but than again a guy his age,and given what he has been through it wouldn't have been a surprise for him to be attracted to her already. Than he had to think of what he had been taught that he musn't let such a feeling stay. He had always been taught that attachments, and even love can lead to the dark Side, but this was different time. He didn't even know what the jedi followed these days.

He went to the docking tube, and went inside his ship. He had went to the kitchen where he had a small preperation station,a freezer, stove, and a dining table he pulled a chair out for her, knowing to be a gentleman when it comes to a lady.
He then worked to prepare a Gizka steak, and some vegetables as well. Within twenty minutes it was ready,he prepared two plates for the both of them, and gave her a warm smile. He set the plate beside her along with usual utensals with it as well.

He sat in front of her,and before he started eating he said to her in a kind tone. "Enjoy..Master. it may not be much, but it's the best I can offer tonight."
