Mytus Lords of the Unknown (Sith Empire Dominion of Mytus VII)

With the Sith apprentice being sent off, I would have hoped to maybe speak about the secret that both the Lord and I had hidden under our sleeves. However, with the officer still here I kept my mouth silent. With my hood up, my four "eyes" that reflected off the view port of the bridge left me smiling. The Helmet that I wore always had these eerie lights on them. Giving the effect of me always watching. With a hood done in the fashion of death, Wrapping around my head to leave nothing of my face visible except for the "eyes"

"Planning to take over Mytus now Vilox?" My smile had turned into a slight smirk.

In a matter of moments, Mon Calamari and her shipyards disappeared from view. Stars and the void ahead whirred as the Obscurity moved into position to jump into hyperspace. He took this to mean that Brutus had passed on his order to Malus down below him. "Planning to take over Mytus now Vilox?"
"Yes, Shaw, I am." Turning my gaze to the hooded Dark Jedi, he said, "Outside of Vjun, I am Vazela. Let us remember the differences for the future, yes Veteran?" He squinted his eyes at his accomplice.

I smiled and nodded my head as I could see in the reflection of the View port, Vazela turn to me as he spoke. Shrugging my shoulders slightly with a tilt of my head, "Yes, Lord Vazela" Really, I didn't see the point in having two names. I had once used one as an alias, but hey, like I was to judge him. Turning to face the Hidden sith, I spoke more. "What would you like me to do in the effort of taking over Mytus?" The Sith was in control here. Seeing that, I decided to just act as his right hand man for this one.

"It is imperative that my identity remains unknown to the Sith." Vilox kept his voice lowered only to Darren. "I can explain more to you later, perhaps when we arrive in the Mytus system. But it is imperative that I keep up... appearances." Purple lights flickered across the observational deck, now that the Obscurity was in hyperspace. "I did not know that members of the Black Hand were accompanying my on this voyage. Regardless, this will help smooth relations for further collaborations." He kept his voice low, so only Darren could hear him.

I nodded my head. Understanding that sometimes, a different name had to be used to keep your guise of power. And the man was correct. Being here would smooth things over between us. As we were two of the three current masters in the Black hand. Working together would be vital. A simple nod of my head was returned to the Lord. Nothing more needed to be said on my part.

Hawke glared back at her jailer with a death glare. The thought had crossed her mind to spit in his face too. But the action would be rather; detrimental to her well being. As well as she could be doing now. Still scratching for breath after Brutus' retaliation. It wasn't worth acting up, and it wasn't worth the attempt on this Sith scums life. At least in the way she tried. She was a tactician and broke a big part of the code one follows, always prepare, never charge in blind. If she ever got out of here, if anyone else got her out of here. She'd plan something in detail, a blueprint for her revenge. It wouldn't be the grand all be all of such schemes; she would not have the resources she once did. But the blow would be swift, decisive, and devastating. And Lord Vezela would rue that day from his throne of rot, in the afterlife

I had been drug along on this mission by my master @[member="Darren Shaw"]n and admittingly I was excited. It would be my first time seeing anything happen on such a large scale. Yet tensions already seemed to be high as I saw someone being choked by the force and the person doing it being threatened by my master. I shook my head as I saw all of this chaos and slightly enjoyed it. Yet through out the whole ordeal Vezela was completely still as if he wasn't even bothered by what was going on. It was obvious that the man that was choking the women was nothing more than a mindless brute and that angered me. Making my way over to the women I offered her my hand to help her up and in the other a small rag to wipe away the spit.

I was sitting quite comfortably in the Obscurity on the same deck as Vilox. My hands were laid to rest on the chairs sides and my eyes were set on the two men speaking about Mytus. My eyelocks twitched slightly from the dry air onboard of the Star Destroyer, and I leaned my head back onto the chairs "pillow". The chair however became more and more uncomfortable and I myself became more eager to do something for the Sith Lord.

"Lord Vazela, is there anything I can do onboard of this ship? Repair some star fighters, tell some droids to make my boots shine? Kill someone for you?", the last words were a joke, and I hoped that Vazela would understand that. However, he was more of a serious man than I was. After all, Vazela was a Sith Lord, he had much on his mind and a lot to do. He always had orders coming from the Dark Lord.

"Tyval..." Darth Vazela turned from the transparisteel screen to face the Sith Apprentice. "Head to the hangar bay and assist the commanding officer there, James Kerval, in the deployment of the beacons. If you cause any such disruption..." He gestured to Hawk before continuing, "Then I will personally ensure that I disrupt a significant part of your life. Go."

He waited until Brutus left the room before returning to low whispers with Darren. "You are aware of the Hundred Year Darkness, are you not Veteran?"

Malus lifted a hand towards his cane and rose to his feet, using it to support him as he got to his feet. He approached the helm and said into the ear of the helmsmen, "Bring us out of hyperspace Lieutenant. It's time to begin deployment of the first beacon."
"Yes sir," replied the helmsmen. Malus lifted his gaze to the transparisteel screen ahead. The purple light of hyperspace disappeared through the window and the black void returned back into view, accompanied by it's star. He even saw a comet star flying by in the horizon to parts unknown. Turning back to his seat, he told the communications officer as he went for it, "Inform the Chief to begin deployment."
"Yes sir," said the officer, turning back to his terminal to send the word to James Kerval.

James walked along the hangar bay, headed for the Sigma-class shuttle. Since the Obscurity left the Dac system for Mytus VII, the Chief Petty Officer had been busy preparing the men under his command for the tasks ahead and getting transports, such as the Sigma-class vessels ready for deployment. It was the strategy put in place for them to deploy beacons in between Mon Calamari and Mytus VII, so as to create a hyperlane between both star systems. This is was due to the vast distance between both worlds and the fact that there were no known hyperlane routes between this region of the Outer Rim Territories and the Unknown Regions.

He lifted the communique out of it's pouched when he felt it vibrate, indicating an incoming message. A text based transmission was scrolling through the device when he accepted the transmission. He gathered that Malus Bligh had given him the go ahead to begin deployment. "Let's getting moving, ladies and gentlemen. We're on the clock here. The Obscurity won't be lingering the void for too long, so let's get this done as quickly as possible." Climbing on board the Sigma, the transport would be on the move soon.

Kathryn could hear movement outside of her particular dropship. The loading bay was still open, and while the squad she had been assigned to were already waiting for deployment on world, she knew that others were still in the process of boarding their own landing craft. Were she more curious and less disciplined, she would have left her seat to watch over the proceedings, but she knew what would be happening. Troopers would be checking, double checking, and triple checking their blasters, examining their spare ammunition cells, and ensuring that any and all grenades or other explosives were kept safe from potential accidental detonation during the flight, and initial combat on world. Half of them would likely perish in the initial landing, especially if the planetary defences were up to scratch. It was a sobering thought, but one she didn't care for. Sith thrived on the exhilaration of near death experiences, and to be surrounded by the efficient build up of anticipation before certain combat, Kathryn was nothing short of exhilarated. War was a beautiful thing to her, and she intended to become a master of it's infinitely intricate ways... Yet in order to do so, she knew she would first have to survive it first hand. It would change her. War changed everyone. However, Kathryn accepted change. Change lead to growth, and growth lead to expanded knowledge. And knowledge, after all, was power. What greater power could there be, than knowing how to survive on the battlefield?

Looking to the man as he spoke of the hundred year darkness, I nodded my head. "Yes, I know of it and small parts. Though I do not delve myself into the past where I am not needed." I spoke in a whisper. I knew that it had taken place, and yes, I knew that it was a hard time for the Galaxy, however, I don't push myself to dig deep into history that is not of mine own. I just had a quip of not doing that, and still, I don't know why I have it.

"Don't offer assistance to betrayers of a Sith Lord kid. He'll likely take the hand that does". Her reply, though raspy, was more to jest than serious. But with Vazela, who knows what he'd do. Hawke pulled more from her seemingly limitless pool strength, more born out of defiance and honor. To stand again under her own power. As the family saying goes, a Katamirth does not break. And nor lords of evil or the darkest of mights shall ever do so while she draws breath.

"It is my objective to replicate the same achievements as Ajunta Pall and his following of Dark Jedi, by forging an Empire created to stand against the Republic and Jedi Order solely, rather than galactic expansion across the entire galaxy. The Sith do not have direction, the thirst for power and victory guides them, not the principles of power and victory, but the mere pretense of having power and attaining victory. All of their achievements are diluted. Ours will be absolute."

"If all goes to plan, one day, I and you will rule over the Sith Empire and turning it into something better. We will be better than the Sith and create a better legacy than our predecessors. We are the third of a generation of Dark Jedi that began with the Lettow of Legion and the first Lords of the Sith. The Jedi Order will end with us."

The Obscurity came to a stop, dropping out of hyperspace. There was no planet outside through the screen, which suggested to the Lord of the Sith that Malus had begun deployment of the beacons that would create the trade route between the Dac and Mytus systems. He turned his gaze from the screen to Hawke and waved his hand to her. The chain wrapped around her neck levitated and broke off from the throne, dragging her to her feet. He pulled her to the screen and placed a hand on her shoulder. "I think it's time we had a chat, Katamirth."

The Obscurity came a stop a little over twenty light years from Mon Calamari. It would be another eighty or so that the Star Destroyer reached the Mytus system, if their intelligence was correct, in which it would be. The Sith always had reliable information. Malus lifted his gaze to the communications officer and told him, "Relay to Chief Petty Officer Kerval to begin deployment." Turning his gaze back to the helmsmen and then the rest of the bridge, he said, "Maintain our position. I see no need to waste power by cloaking." He recoiled back into his seat, sighing.

James walked along the hallways, heading towards the proton torpedo bays. Now that the compliment of the Obscurity were ready for deployment, the Chief Petty Officer's next objective was to oversight the deployment of the beacons. Stretching between the Mytus and Dac systems, they would lead the way for future ships going in between those particular regions of the Outer Rim Territories and the Unknown Regions of space.

He doors leading into the room slid into the walls and allowed Kerval to step inside. There were a lot of members of the crew in this area, with the sounds of talk, machinery and a lingering smell of smoke filling his nostrils. Walking to a near console, he asked a nearby Corporal, "Are we ready for launch?"
"Yes sir," replied the man, nodding.
"Then deploy the beacon."
Kerval watched as the Corporal turned to console and press the ejector button. With the beacon loaded in the chute that were normally used to fire proton torpedoes, the device was launched out into the space. Lifting his communique to his lips, he relayed to the bridge. "We have launched the beacon. Repeat, we have launched."

Hawke was forcibly dragged to the side of Vazela. She did her best to stay upright and not have the collar choke her. Not as easy as it sounded. As he relinquished his hold upon the restraints he placed one of his hands on her shoulder. Hawke did not flinch at his action. But his words unnerved her a little. Whenever someone wanted to have a... chat. It usually wasn't good news. "I didn't know we had anything left to talk about. Spare when you run me through".

With the Master that I stood next to saying that the Sith were not going in the right direction and leading in a path that would lead to destruction, and I agreed completely. Nodding my head as he said that we would rule the Next "Golden age" in a sense. I took his words with a grain of salt. I knew in the past being betrayed by Dark Jedi who I once considered my friend. I could only trust him, as far as I could throw him with my bare hands. I watched as the woman was dragged to him to have a "Chat" I only looked down at the woman as she was considerably shorter than my almost two and a half meter height.

"Oh, Vazela, what are you up to this time..."

The form of Circe Savan appeared before him, eying the Imperial officer currently collared next to him. "You seem to be forgetting someone in this grand scheme of yours, master. Someone particularly important." She turned, looking @[member="Hawke Katamirth"] over. "She's cute. Imperial officer, right? I recognize you from your time under Bosch." Turning back to Vazela and @[member="Darren Shaw"], she sighed. "I don't know you well enough to know whether you significantly fit into this machine as a vital cog, Darren. Perhaps we'll find out in time... though I have no intentions of surrendering such an opportunity for power, not with the assets I have."
