Katelyn sniffled once Nate began to say all of these things. She had never known he would do this for her or even what he wanted. But...she was glad Nate was like this. It helped calm her, despite the beginning of tears forming at her eyes. Not tears of sadness, no. But, tears of happiness at what Nate was currently saying to her. It meant the world to Katelyn what Nate was telling her. Along with helping Katelyn be reassured of herself as well. Once Nate mentioned the family part, Katelyn couldn't help but blush as Nate did. So...he did feel the same way?! Once Nate had finished, Katelyn practically pounced on Nate. She hugged her arms around him before kissing along his jawline.

"N-nate...that's the kindest thing anyone had ever said to me!! T-thank you!"

He nearly fell when she hugged him, and instead of kissing him on the lips, he instead received a line of kisses on his jawline, which in turn made him shudder and he blushed, the kisses sending a warm feeling through him. "Y...yeah... its the truth... all of it.... I just didn't... I just don't know how to..."

Katelyn gave Nate an confused and puzzled look. What was he talking about? Katelyn repeated the words over and over again in her mind, 'I just don't know how to.' Katelyn just couldn't, no matter how many times she repeated it to herself in her mind…what Nate was currently talking about. What didn't know about? Was it something about Katelyn herself? Though…Katelyn quickly shot down that theory, after remembering the truthful look in Nates eyes once he told her how he felt about her.

He saw her.puzzled look, and he shook his head, trying to push the thought of him being a father out of his head, he would be a horrible father, just like his own. "N-nothing... it was just a stray thought," with that, he kissed her neck before resting his head won upon his pillow,

"Nate…look, if anything is troubling you…I'll try to do my best to help you, Okay?"

Katelyn looked at Nate puzzled for a few seconds before laying her head down upon his chest. Katelyn then felt Nates lips against her neck which she couldn't help but letting out a slightly surprised gasp from him doing this. Whatever was troubling him…she would try and do her best to help him get over the current obstacle and get through it. No matter what. Katelyn then slowly closed her eye. Not from exhaustion or from being tired. No…just merely to try and clear her mind from what had just happened. While doing so, Katelyn moved upwards Slightly to where her face was nuzzled into Nates shoulder. It was more comfortable in that location then upon his chest, mostly due to the pillow.

"Yeah... I know" With that, he stared up at the ceiling, feeling her move closer and cuddle with him, and he held her closer, thinking as his eyes slowly closed, then he opens them and kissed her, a proper kiss, not to long, not too short. "Goodnight, Katelyn,"

It was now morning and Katelyn wasn't currently in bed. Well, she was sitting on the bed…tying her shoelaces upon her athletic running shoes as she was about to go out for her consistent morning run. Once Katelyn had finished doing her shoes, she then went in front of a mirror within the bathroom and stretched. After doing so for roughly two minutes, she came out of the bathroom. She was in nothing but a dark Crimson sports bra and some black athletic shorts. She then knelt down by where Nate was sleeping and gently prodded his forehead.

"Hey…Nate! Want to go on a morning run with me?"

One eye instantly flipped open, and he regarded her with a cold brown eyed stare. It probably scared her, but it was meant to. Rising, he pulled the blankets off of him and smiled his gaze now warm and comforting. "Already did mine, but I'll go with you." Twisting, he cracked his back, and the went to the bathroom and splashed some cold water on his face before brushing his teeth and then coming back. "Sleep good cupcake?" Walking over to his closest, he opened it and pulled out his running shoes. After lacing them up, he met her gaze, and smiled at her.

Katelyn jumped slightly once she saw the cold stare, but she still smiled nonetheless. Well…that's what you get for waking somebody up who was sleeping and probably having a good dream. You got the cold, tired stare. Though…Katelyn was used to the stare but it still did cause her to jump when Nate did it. Why? Because she hadn't seen that stare in a good number of months.

Katelyn smiled sheepishly towards Nate before responding. "…oh, well you're really quiet than. Almost like…gay,can't put my finger on it…" Once Nate returned and asked her if she was ready, all she did was give him a short kiss on the people cheek. After that, she replied cheerfully yet still with the tone that she had just awoken. "Yes…also, you're quite a comfortable pillow!!"

He smiled as she called him quiet, and then said he was comfortable, something you don't normally hear every day. Then she kissed him, which made him smile again and sent warmth throughout his body. "Well, thanks? So I take it you'll be sleeping with me more often?" A subtle, but definite attack in the 'flirt wars'.

Katelyn couldn't help but try her best to suppress a grin at Nates words. She then turned towards him before responding. "Hmm…maybe~" Katelyn blew a playful kiss in the air towards Nate. She enjoyed flirting with Nate, it helped realize some of her emotional tension and stress within herself once she did this. It just helped Katelyn calm down slightly whilst also allowing her to do what she was best at! Flirting! "Come on, Nate! Let's goo!"

Katelyn made her way to the door of the room whilst gesturing for Nate to follow her. Once out of the room, Katelyn turned on her heel towards the elevator. Once at the elevator, Katelyn turned once more to where she could press her back against th cool metal rim surrounding the elevator. Once the cool metal rim came in contact with the bare skin upon Katelyns back because she was just in a sports bra, she shivered slightly. Boy…she hadn't been expecting for the metal to be that cold, yet it still did feel nice. Strangely.

Imitating to catch her air kiss, he made his way after her, down the hallway, and then into the elevator. As the doors shut, he grinned as she shivered. "Cold?" Approaching her, he pulled her against him, wrapping his arms around her. "Better?" Running his hand down her back, he felt her goosebumps, surprisingly, he was shirtless and wasn't cold in the slightest. Finally the doors opened, and with a smile, he kissed her, then took off towards the door, winking at her as he ran backwards. "Lets we how fast them legs of yours can go."

"No…I——s-shut up. Also…it's been awhile since I've been in a a cold place, okay? You'd think growing up on Hoth would tell you to not shiver when it's cold…" Katelyn laughed slightly before continuing on on her little 'rant.'"…but all it does is make you get cold even easier!" Katelyn grinned slightly towards Nate. She was right, somewhat. After all of that time, all of those years, spent living on Hoth. You still would pretty much never get used to the cold…well unless you were a droid. But that's an completely unrelated idea, issue and story to talk about at another time.

Once Nate ran off backward, Katelyn couldn't help but smile. Within a few seconds she was already in front of Nate while going at a sprint. She knew she was faster. As she normally used speed rather than strength, which of course…made Katelyn practice more often in endurance training and cardio. "Nate…I'll always be faster! You can't beat me…so sad for you!"

Now things were heating up, she thought she was faster then him? After spending 10 years being a thief on Onderan, he was extremely fast for someone of his size and build. Which she soon found out as he vaulted over a bench, winking at her as he passed her. "Very funny babe!" Taking a few long strides, he pulled his legs up, completely jumping a cement median. As soon as his feet touched the ground, he was off, full Sprint, all those years of cross training from swimming and running finally paying off; his stamina was almost endless, as she would soon find out.

"Aww…and hear I thought I could boast!" Katelyn gave off an annoyed look towards Nates direction as he ran off. Oh, she wasn't going to allow him to go faster than she did! No, she was going to beat them! But man…she had to admit it…Nate sure was fast. But, Katelyn could use her environment to her advantage. At least she hoped she would be able to. Sure, she was a little rusty in the parkour section…but she still knew how to do it correctly nonetheless.

Katelyn then took off for a sprint after Nate, vaulting over the same bench that he had. She then saw him running along the concrete sidewalk a ways ahead of her. In response to this, Katelyn looked around for something to climb on. Then it caught her eye, the buildings! No…she want going to climb the buildings…fully that is. But, she could run along some of the outstretched balconies.

Katelyn then began to run forwards towards a bench. Above it hung an overhanging balcony. Katelyn then vaulted into the bench before twisting her body while in a jump to where both hands latched onto an outstretched brick cropping which was apart of the building. Katelyn then used this mount to allow her to pull her body upwards. It did take a few extra seconds, but before she knew it…she had jumped onto the balcony and then was running forwards towards the next one. Once Katelyn began approaching the railing, she began to speed up, the distance between the current and next balcony wasn't too much, luckily.

The black railing came into sight, as Katelyn approached. She then thus grabbed the railing along with brining her feet up on it before jumping outwards. Though…she had misjudged the distance between the balconies. Causing her hand to slip and grab onto the edge of the balcony. After a few futile seconds, Katelyn pulled herself up before running to the other side. Only, once she got yo the other side…she didn't jump to the next balcony. But rather, leaped downwards unto the sidewalk below before taking to a spring…now, Nate was a few paces behind her causing Katelyn to grin once she turned her head to look towards him. "Aww, Nate are you surprised I got ahead of you?"

She was silent after her boasting comment, and then she landed in front of him, and it startled him. But so could play that game. Not giving up in the slightest, he scanned his surroundings, before something caught his eyes, that would do it. Taking off at a diagonal angle, he took hold of the loose wire, before sprinting to the edge of the road, where the canal was. Vaulting over the canal, some homes, and Kat, he soared through the air before letting go of the wire and landings on a balcony four stories above her.

"No, not really. Are you?" After jumping down onto the lower balcony, he used all of his momentum to send him self flying over head, an landing about 10 paces informant of her, giving her that flashy grin as he suddenly made a sharp turn to his right down a alleyway, vaulting over a few boxes and a homeless man.

Katelyn rolled her eyes in Nates direction once he went off. Katelyn would've followed him, but she still had to be gentle on her ankle since she got that tattoo and since she landed on it. Which only caused it to hurt more and more. Though Katelyn wouldn't let this slow her down. Katelyn soon took off in a run in the direction Nate was heading before vaulting over the same boxes he had. Though, she paused to give the homeless man some credits which earned Katelyn a friendly smile from the homeless man in return. After that, she then continued on after waving goodbye to the homeless man. She then saw Nate up ahead before calling out to him. "Hey…mind slowing down some? It's hard to talk to people this way!"

Being the goof ball he is, he stopped right there, turning to catch her as she plowed into him. As she did he met her with a kiss, a very passionate one at that. After about ten seconds, he pulled back, that flashy grin appearing "Did you just give that man some credits? What a Samaritan, and how's this for talking?"

Katelyn probably would've fallen over onto the ground from Nate suddenly stopping. Though, luckily his body was in the way so that she didn't fall onto the ground but into his body. Well, at least his body was a comfortable landing rather than landing on the hard concrete. Once Nate began kissing her passionately which lasted for 10 seconds, she couldn't help but blush. They were out in public, on the sidewalk…kissing very passionately for 10 seconds. Which, was pretty awkward. But the kiss felt even better due to that. "Yes I did, I always liked helping homeless people! It's better for talking…now, how about keeping at my pace, huh? Or…are you too good to do that?"

He grinned as she blushed, knowing how she felt, mostly do to the fact that he felt the same way. "I think I can tone down my awesomeness to stay at your pace," kissing her again, he stepped back before running backwards again, but slower.
