Let's finish Altier first before posting another dominion. And let's not forget about Agamar.

Hm,
I think folks are hesitant to Agamar out of one reason. The eventual loss of Alderaan and the cloud break that might happen after it.
Hence I dont think opening another southern dominion is a problem since Agamar is "dormant" for the time being. Other northern ones might be a bit tricky until we know more about Alderaan...
