The 460mm hypervelocity cannons and electromagnetic torpedo launch system have the power to allow the [/SIZE][SIZE=9pt]Mynoria[/SIZE][SIZE=9pt] to engage much larger vessels up to 3 times its size, with small flotillas of [/SIZE][SIZE=9pt]Mynoria[/SIZE][SIZE=9pt]-class vessels able to take on vessels even larger. The all-target programmable munitions possess three proximity fuze settings, and has the capacity to have settings placed for armor-piercing functions, time, and impact. It is capable of having its settings changed at the moment of firing, allowing for rapid use of the weapon to target things like starfighters, stations, and enemy ships. The rounds actually contain more explosive material than some larger rounds, and do more damage, with the 57mm round in specific being more powerful than a competing 76mm gun because of more explosive fired per second and a higher rate of fire when it comes to the rounds. [/SIZE][SIZE=9pt]|[/SIZE][SIZE=9pt] Based off of a system used in a smaller, 12.7 (.50cal) weapon, the rounds used in the [/SIZE][SIZE=9pt]Mynoria[/SIZE][SIZE=9pt] are self-guided munitions. They are capable of striking targets attempting to evade them. Though they can’t eliminate the issues of firing arcs, it does increase accuracy when the self-guided function is armed, and allows for the munitions to pose a serious threat to those that underestimate the technological sophistication of the [/SIZE][SIZE=9pt]Mynoria[/SIZE][SIZE=9pt]-class light cruiser.[/SIZE]

  • [SIZE=9pt]The Size Advantage - [/SIZE][SIZE=9pt]The [/SIZE][SIZE=9pt]Mynoria[/SIZE][SIZE=9pt] is designed to use its smaller size and higher speed to outmaneuver and outrun the generally sluggish vessels it is designed to engage. Though slower than smaller vessels, it also has a decent armament that, all-around, is capable of doing serious damage to nearly any enemy within its recommended engagements it encounters. [/SIZE]

  • [SIZE=9pt]Speed is Not My Friend… Mostly - [/SIZE][SIZE=9pt]The [/SIZE][SIZE=9pt]Mynoria-[/SIZE][SIZE=9pt]class starship possesses the capability to outmaneuver and use to its advantage the general sluggishness of the larger vessels that it is designed to confront, but against smaller vessels the [/SIZE][SIZE=9pt]Mynoria[/SIZE][SIZE=9pt] can be outmaneuvered and target the aft of the vessel.[/SIZE]

  • [SIZE=9pt]My Butt Isn’t Nice -[/SIZE][SIZE=9pt] The poor [/SIZE][SIZE=9pt]Mynoria[/SIZE][SIZE=9pt]-class vessel is vulnerable in the rear. It can easily be targeted in the back by more maneuverable vessels that will take advantage of this weak point, and burrow through its well-developed defenses no matter how hard the [/SIZE][SIZE=9pt]Mynoria[/SIZE][SIZE=9pt] fights against its foes.[/SIZE]

  • [SIZE=9pt]Tradeoff - [/SIZE][SIZE=9pt]The tradeoff of using high velocity cannons, guided proton torpedoes, and mines as the primary weapons system of a vessel is that, despite the immense power of its weapons systems, the vessel’s capabilities in targeting its foes will be limited by the amount of ammunition it can fire. Once the [/SIZE][SIZE=9pt]Mynoria[/SIZE][SIZE=9pt]-class’s ammunition is exhausted, it is almost completely defenseless aside from the CIWS system, its shielding, and tractor/pressor beam generators. Those three things, however, are not anywhere near enough to allow the [/SIZE][SIZE=9pt]Mynoria[/SIZE][SIZE=9pt] to confront the foes it wasn’t designed to take on, much less the larger, more powerful vessels it was designed to confront. Its shields would wither, its crew would die at the hand of turbolasers, starfighters, and boarders, and it the [/SIZE][SIZE=9pt]Mynoria[/SIZE][SIZE=9pt] would fall. There is no easier way to put it. Though capable of engaging in long naval battles, the [/SIZE][SIZE=9pt]Mynoria[/SIZE][SIZE=9pt] will only be able to maintain its full power for a limited period of time, as it is, by design, a limited vessel meant to disable or destroy enemy craft using its limited, but powerful armament.[/SIZE]

  • [SIZE=9pt]Plasma Sheaths -[/SIZE][SIZE=9pt] Plasma sheaths form over the HVC rounds when they are launched [/SIZE][SIZE=9pt]into[/SIZE][SIZE=9pt] an atmosphere. The [/SIZE][SIZE=9pt]Mynoria[/SIZE][SIZE=9pt]’s orbital assault capabilities are thus limited to the guided proton torpedoes, or similar weapons.[/SIZE]

  • [SIZE=9pt]Interdiction Still!? More Power! - [/SIZE][SIZE=9pt]No, not more power. You’ll blow the entire thing up if you try that. The GAM deals with gravity, and the HIMS is a complex device brought to Aster Spaceworks by its Bakuran engineers. So, no, not more power. Anyway, the point is that multiple interdiction fields are still going to stop the [/SIZE][SIZE=9pt]Mynoria[/SIZE][SIZE=9pt] no matter how hard someone tries to get out of it. It takes around 15 minutes for the GAM to be able to function again, so you’re stuck and open to being eaten by your enemies until that time is up… and then you might have to try to survive for a third time after trying to escape, depending on where you are, so basically you’re screwed.[/SIZE]

  • [SIZE=9pt]Sophistication - [/SIZE][SIZE=9pt]The [/SIZE][SIZE=9pt]Mynoria[/SIZE][SIZE=9pt]-class light cruiser is built with the kind of sophisticated technology that you would only see from Arkanians, for the most part. It takes time for others to learn how to use the vessel properly. It can take months for the [/SIZE][SIZE=9pt]Mynoria[/SIZE][SIZE=9pt]-class vessel to be manned by humans, though droids will have better luck.[/SIZE]

Gun counts don't affect the weapon rating anymore, so you don't have to worry that much about it, it's just important what the general rating is, everything else is just detail so whatever number you put there it's going to get approved, most time I just write what type of guns the ships use.

That said your submission is pretty well balanced from what I saw, just ratings wise, Armament takes up 4 points, Defenses 2 points, so you have 6 points of advantage, Limited production takes away 2 of those points, so there's still 4 to take care of, then having Maneuverability and Speed at Low takes away 2 more of those points so you still have 2 left over. Having Hangar at Very Low might balance it out, or it may count as only one point of disadvantage because there's no Low rating of Hangar, either way you're either balanced out at that point or have 1 point of advantage which having a good weakness would take care of.

However this is all without considering the Hyperdrive rating, you rated it as Fast, which isn't a rating on the submission scale, the one above Average is Very Fast, which would cost you another rating, but you specified it's Class 2, which is considered Average within our rating, so if you would change it to Average, you could keep the same class/speed without having to balance it out.
