The beskad had found its mark, but so had the Shistavanen's shock gloves. His foe pushed him to the ground - despite the poor momentum he would inevitably have from the somewhat cramped space with the animals whom had been killed by whistling birds around them - it was enough to topple Vesh. Especially with the activation of the shock gloves. Inevitably, the fall would make the beskad dig a bit deeper into his foe.
In the past, Vesh had held onto his beskad through immense pain. A Mandalorian was rarely quick to let go of their beskad. This time, however, when the gruesome shocks started to course through his body, the young warrior let go of the weapon almost immediately. With that, the pained jerks of his body and arm would not risk tearing his foe's internals up completely and electricity would not be conducted through the metallic properties of the weapon, straight into the Shistavanen's internals.
Once released, Vesh's eyes shuddered from the pain, just as his jaw. But the attacker did not relent there. The extremely close range rendered the cryocaster's beam somewhat inefficient, seeing as it would be concentrated onto an extremely small area. Vesh quickly brought a hand to point it away but found that his leg had already been hit to the point where movement was severely hampered. The follow-up shot to his core was prevented as the same hand quickly moved to offer some cover at the small exposed areas - the cost was the pipe which had launched the ion missiles. Greedily, Vesh reached to save his leg from getting shot but was far too slow to get there in time. A muffled scream escaped his helmet as more pain coursed through his body.
He sat in silence. Heavy breaths brought his shoulders up and down, but his legs laid splayed out infront of him, one shot, the other frozen by the thigh. As Yuri spoke, Vesh opened the hatch of his battered vambrace, revealing a battery of far more deadly missiles than the ion ones as he manually cut its power to prevent accidental firings now that its pipe was gone. He then closed it and started to use the flamethrower to unfreeze the leg with a small flame. Regaining full mobility was out of the question, but preventing permanent damage, or even an amputation, was still very much within his power. His blaster pistol laid by his side as both him and his foe treated their wounds.
"We're done." he stated with a disturbingly calm and unemotional voice. Behind the visor, however, he was grimacing in pain.
"You-..." he began but let out a pained breath to then take a few moments to recover.
"You threw the kitchen sink at me." this time, pain and hints of frustration could be heard in his voice. The frustration translated into him momentarily shutting the flamethrower up and digging out a white and green anti-disease medpack to toss towards his opponent with a bit of force. He did not say anything but nodded to the beast which the blade had stabbed through before it stabbed Yuri.
"Did you even think-....?" it was clear that he had yet to complete the sentence before he cut it off. His dark visor looked into that of the other Mandalorian before he continued working on the frozen leg. Vesh shook his head, apparently, he was done talking. After a bit more time had passed, he would awkwardly try to get up to let his jetpack bring him away from the area, lest given reason to stay.
