If walking on land was hard enough for Reina's balance, she was slowly realising that it was worse with only one leg. It made sense of course, but she didn't realise quite how bad her balance was when she was on solid ground. She already had plenty of bruises to show for her lack of balance and how much it was affecting her training against the training droids. She had tried to take a step back, but fighting was in her blood. She couldn't just sit and work on her meditation or on reading until she got comfortable. No. She had to work on practising her saber drills as well. It was partly a pain for her. She had been doing extra drills to try and work out what style of combat she had liked. Shii-Cho had been somewhat simple to pick up, and Makashi had been something she had been working on because of her previous experience fighting but that wasn't something she could practice with terrible balance.

No. Instead she had went with one of the more physical intensive styles. Form 4, Ataru. Flipping through the air and working on her rotations, whilst slashing away at the training droids. the rotations were the key part for Reina, she had to make sure that she turned enough to land on her good leg. There had been a few times she had misjudged the turn and smashed her face against the ground. But every bit of pain she went through was a lesson. Something to learn from and change up. Even the nosebleed she currently had was a lesson. If she was going to fall from a flip, she needed to put her arms out to break the fall, not just let her face smack straight down in the Dojo flow.

"Get...back...up..."

She hissed to herself, pushing herself back up off the ground as beads of sweat dropped down the floor. Reina wiped her face with her sleeve, ignoring the blood that came with the movement. It was a nosebleed. She could work through it. Though she needed to catch her breath for a moment. Using the Force, or the Spirit as she liked to call it, Reina pulled her harpoon back to her side, using it to lean against whilst she breathed. She was making somewhat good progress. At least that's what she thought.
