New Faction Owner Nominations

Dear all,

As I've not been able to keep up the activity level deemed necessary of a Major Faction, we'll be having elections for a new owner.

Please put forward nominations to take over the reigns of the faction. You may nominate yourself, or another member.

This will run till 6pm GMT Saturday.

If no one wants to take the reigns, we'll proceed with dropping off the map/merging into nearby factions.

ICly, I have done nothing but do numerous experiments under the supervision of the Authority. But with the assistance of good ol' Daddy Shaw and whomever else I could do a either hostile take over or negotiate the change.

Is that reasonable?

Also, you may want to start being active in the faction before being leader. One of [member="Raziel"]'s strong points is that he always has some thread for the faction to work on.

If more people could jump on this and we can get it rolling, we'd be in much better shape. As it is, we're not really big enough or active enough to warrant being Major.

We can make a fist of this, either going minor and recuperating, or trying to recruit and hit the next event hard.

Who is actually willing to dedicate serious time and effort to this faction?

We need to recruit and try and pull a few more members in and go for some good stories and fun!

[member="Raziel"], Depending on what may happen over at the primeval, I may be called as an Admin over there. So the best I can do here is just be maybe a glorified member to help, but yes. Nickolas and Darren are my main characters. So I will be helping out where I can. If I can't be an Admin over there, Then I can over here. (I'm choosing primeval first because I applied for them before I did here. First come first served.)

I worked here when it was the CIS and slowly I left and then came back. So if we can bring it to be somewhat of it's former glory, I will do that to the best of my ability.

As for what we should do, I think we should try to go for the Event. Try and get everybody going for us. If we get more production out of it, GOOD we keep going. If not, then we fall back to minor and work from there again.
