INTRODUCTION
The New Mandalorians are a cultural movement operating within the eastern reaches of the Expansion Region and Mid Rim alike. Largely decentralized and operating in small units, these elite fighters act as warrior-heroes - may they be nomadic or choosing to watch over a particular community as their own.
STRUCTURE - LEADERSHIP
The leader of the Evaar'la Mando'ade holds the title of Evaar'alor. Hearkening back to their ancient days of pacifism amidst a warring galaxy, this individual is defined by having sound character and a vision for a brighter future. It is their duty to intercede in disputes, to guide others in the ways of honor, and to ensure that vows are kept. Moreover, they command the Sur'ramikade - those fierce veterans who have completed their journey under each of the three pillars. These seasoned soldiers lend their wisdom to help the younger generation find their path, act as generals for the midst as a whole, and lend their might to any vod in need.
STRUCTURE - THE PILLARS
Some were drawn by the promise of a better path, free from the prejudices the rest of their people hold on to so fiercely. Others sought penance for past misdeeds. Regardless of their origins, all those who live by the ideals of the New Mandalorians are granted cin vhetin, and embraced as honored kindred. Joining the New Mandalorians provides absolution for past crimes and immunity from further punishment. Vode start with a clean slate and can rise through the ranks, whatever their origins. Largely decentralized as they are, these proud warriors nonetheless take a surprisingly structured approach to rank and authority, described below.
Following the guidance of the Duchess and her Oathbringers are the Sur'verde. These warriors are yet to earn the right to sit at the Round Table. Upon the arrival of a new member of the New Mandalorians, they are offered one of three pillars for them to choose from; Might, Hearth, and Sacrifice. All such paths uphold the core values of the New Mandalorians, but embody them differently.
Those who walk under the Butu'r be Kapr follow the example set about by the Supercommando Codex; mercenaries they may be, they embody heroism by promoting a better image of Mandalorians who only exact contracted violence for good causes.
Their peers following the path laid out by the Butu'r be Papsr choose a particular community for them to protect, living among them and immersing themselves in the local culture.
Lastly, come those who fall under the shadow of the Butu'r be Ucara - giving themselves over only to the most hopeless of causes, to bring light into the darkest of places.
Only by walking under each of the three Pillars can one become a Sur'ramikad.
