I would like a "Dreadlord"/"Dreadlady" Tag for a new rank that im establishing within the Sith Empire.

Captain - May be used in various factions as a rank or as a title for a ship Captain.
With as many Zeltrons running around - Zeltron - may be a good one as I see there is a "Chiss" one.
