I think being a little vague and open is probably more suitable than making it extremely specific.

[member="Darth Mythos"] from experience they will usually not count the ones that are already in the factory... sometimes. It depends since I have seen one get a requested dev thread after waiting several days for someone to look at it but an hour after the new rule was posted requiring dev threads. So it is up to the factory empress
