New T3 Dominion Coming Soon!

Hello loyal legionnaires,

As expected, we've got a new T3 in the works for the Endor/Bakura hex, and this dominion promises to be a good one! We're planning on tying it in with our current storyline involving the Ssi-Ruuk invasion. Therefore, this T3 dominion will represent the epic final battle, that shall take place on none other than the planet with a deep historical and emotional significance for the old Empire... Endor!

These objectives are not yet completed. If you have an objective that you would like to see added to the Dom, this is the thread for it.

1. The main body of the Ssi-Ruuk fleet hovers above the forest moon of Endor. After pushing back the inititial devastating Ssi-Ruuk invasion, the First Order decides to take the initiative and launch an attack on the Ssi-Ruuk themselves! [Space battle: destroy the Ssi-Ruuk fleet]

2. Much like the fabled Battle of Endor nearly a thousand years ago, the Ssi-Ruuk flagship is protected by a shield generator on the planet, guarded by legions of Ssi-Ruuk warriors. This is the First Order's chance to redeem the Empire's image after that fateful day centuries ago - but it will not be easy. A tough battle in the forests of Endor awaits! [Ground battle: eliminate Ssi-Ruuk forces/ BONUS: destroy the shield generator]

3. The fabled planet of Endor has become home to many ancient Imperial artifacts after the historic battle that happened here. The Knights of Ren, in their devout quest to recover relics from the Old Empire era, have recieved a portent of the location of the remains of Darth Vader's armor. But the Dark Side is a mysterious force; the armor has found its way into the lair of a dreaded Gorax, and now rests amongst the monster's collection of bones and other trinkets from its victims. The Knights will have to venture into the dark, dangerous cave and make their way past giant spiders, boarhogs, and eventually the great Gorax beast himself if they ever hope to reclaim it! [Recover Darth Vader's armor, kill the Gorax]

// B A K U R A \\

4. The business moguls of Bakura live daily in fear of a Ssi-Ruuk invasion. The First Order's diplomats have been dispatched to convince the planet to come under First Order rule. The Bakurans are naturally suspicious against aliens and will make a fine addition to First Order citizenry. [Diplomatic mission: negotiate the peaceful annexation of Bakura]

// R A T T A T A K \\

5. The planet Rattatak is governed by warring tribes of barbarians who respect nothing but violence. These people are savages and they must be made to bend the knee. Instead of invading the planet outright, the First Order sends promising warriors from within all of its branches to convince the Rattataki of Imperial might in the only way they will understand: through the gladiator games of their culture. [Compete and survive in the Rattataki arena]

6. A Ssi-Ruuk War Flotilla has materialized in orbit over the crownworld of the Pacanth Reach, and while the native starfleet has organized to keep the Ssi-Ruuk from making planetfall it is quickly devolving into a stalemate with neither side eeking out supremacy over the other. Break the siege, and the Epicanthix shall aid you to drive out these xeno abominations. [Space Battle: Aid the defending starfleet against the attacking Ssi-Ruu fleet, and destroy all invaders]

// B U N D U K I \\

7. Bunduki had always been a fiercely independent world, and has constantly challenged the rule of the God-King throughout his decades-long reign over the Epicanthix. They again seek opportunity to break away from his control as the Ssi-Ruuk threaten to lay waste to the entire star cluster, and have mobilized their own loyal soldiers to eliminate the Royalist elements within their planetary militia. The surviving Royal Army finds themselves fighting a two-front war against the insurgents and the Ssi-Ruuk invaders, and are in desperate need of relief. [Ground Battle: Rout both the Insurgents and the Ssi-Ruuk, and utilize Bunduki has a staging ground to further combat the Ssi-Ruuk]

// F O R N O W \\

8. For decades the planet has been home to the barbaric Graug, a race of brutish warriors and slavers that have been shackled to the iron will of the God-King ever since the dismantling of the Old Empire. To keep their massive industrial forges and workshops operated 24/7 they have imported thousands upon thousands of slaves to toil their lives away for the glory of the God-King. Now with the Ssi-Ruuk threatening to dismantle those industries, the slaves of Fornow have risen up to cast off their bindings in the largest revolt the Pacanth Reach has ever witnessed. [Ground Battle: Quell the Slave Uprising, and eliminate its leadership while simultaneously driving the Ssi-Ruuk from the surface]

If Dosuun is a separate thread will we have to pull characters who could be participating in the dominion to deal with it? Most of our writers will be wanted for the dominion as the priority and as they take place side by side, it wouldn't make much sense for characters to take part in both.
Basically my worry is that either 1) the T3 thread sucks most of our characters away the assault of Dosuun doesn't get the attention it deserves or 2) the efficiency of the T3 is hampered by characters taking part on Dosuun and can't join in the dom

I am almost certain that dominion posts have to pertain to the area being dominioned, which is why Dosuun won't be covered in the T3.

A small number of writers have been tapped for the Dosuun storyline and I believe it will have a minimal impact on the efficiency of the T3, because in addition to our world-class First Order team, we also will have the assistance of [member="Darth Carnifex"] and his people and possible [member="Horus"] and the Commonwealth.

Are these objectives free to pursue in any way we wish or is there a DM driven story we're going after for each planet that someone's going to coordinate.
The Objectives will not be DM-driven this time. For this Dom we will be returning to the usual way of doing things. You and the others working on the same objective will be directing the story.
