Metal is still heavier than bone.
You realize our bones aren't fully solid pieces. They have soft marrow, and porous structures inside. There is actual flesh, and blood making tissue(marrow) in there.
Also, at 6'9 you and 270 pounds you would have to be either Calais Campbell(Cardinals Defensive end who's 30 pounds heavier) or Lebron James(same measurements) Another side note, that body fat percentage you have listed would leave you dead. Competitive body builders hit 3 percent and they are walking muscle cramps who look great but aren't functional at all.
