Special Features: Upon death or amputation the flesh will disintegrate off the bone, leaving just charred bones. The blade is also alchemized to be of equal resiliency to a lightsaber. Crystals were absorbed into inscriptions and provide the following boosts to force powers at close proximity.
Force Insanity is boosted significantly
Force Speed is boosted significantly
Heart Sun is boosted somewhat
Dun Moch is boosted somewhat
Description: Drett Savat and Xalton enchanted a hand made titanium sword using blood, fire, explosive dust, an old tome and an inscription creating tool. The enchantments provide increased resiliency, boosted force powers and a flesh disintegration affect. The enchantment was guided by Xalton, who was reading an ancient Sith alchemy tome he stole from the Jedi Temple during Order 66. They first heated the blade with explosive dust, then inscribed the enchantment upon the lower part of the blade. They layered the lettering with blood, crushed lightsaber crystals, and more blood. Then then ignited the blood which violently exploded. Due to the blood being Drett's it's effects only affect him except for the added resiliency.

Then then ignited the blood which violently exploded. Due to the blood being Drett's it's effects only affect him except for the added resiliency.

I'm a little confused here. The blood (mixed with explosive dust) exploded? Was this a process of creating the blade, via alchemy, or was this after-the-fact, or what happens when the blade comes in contact with blood?

The explosive dust made the sword malleable, then an inscription written on the sword. Blood and the crystals were layered in the inscription and then, after being lit, exploded.

Why does this not cause the flesh/skin to not burn on contact with the blade? Assuming it doesn't get cut off.

It's just the enchantments, upon amputation the flesh burns off amputated limb.
