Kaiya was disturbed from the peacefulness of floating within the bacta tank at hearing a blaster going off. It was nothing...right?! Though, she highly doubted that it was just 'nothing.' Whatever it was, she better help Xiarr deal with it so that it wouldn't get any worse. Heck, for all she knew he could've resolved it by now...though she had be sure that nothing was wrong. Reluctantly, Kaiya got out of the bacta tank, opting against getting her armor. It would most definitely offer more protection than her damp clothing, though she highly doubted that it was that major of a threat to get all armored up and everything. It would take too long to get her armor on anyways, and anything could go wrong within that timeline. Though, Kaiya still grabbed her rifle encase their was a problem of some sort, just to be ready at a moment's notice.

The cool metal of the rifle felt familiar and comfortable against her finger tips, like it were an old friend. Truth be told, Kaiya hadn't had said rifle for too long...though it had gotten her out of a few nasty situations before with as little bloodshed and chaos as possible...though that was an overstatement. It did mostly help to end situations rather quickly...most of the time. She strode out of the room, fingers clenched around her rifle...ready to fire at a moment's notice. She then walked into the room Xiarr was in, her eyes falling upon him and the tackled guard and the guard who was just standing there...strangely.

The guard would walk off at a normal pace, whilst Xiarr beat the guard as hard as he could, and the guard would soon be knocked out. Xiarr then stood up and then saw Kaiya at the corner of his eye, well she was out of the bacta tank at the very least. He walked over to one of his compartments and took out some rope, it would so as some admittedly rather weak bounds. He then turned to Kaiya, not wanting her to shoot the other guard. "The one who just walked off is fine, just going to slap this one in bounds and dump her off on the next planet."

Xiarr dragged the unmoving body in the cargo room, tieing the guard against the walls. Xiarr then walked out and looked at Kaiya "Well then, let's get out of here, shall we?" Xiarr walked back into the cockpit and undocked from the ship and quickly jumped to hyperspace, very lucky that he only had two guards come aboard, and not a whole army like on nearly every single core world.

"So, I got out for no reason? Ugh..." Kaiya said with a slightly annoyed tone.
Kaiya was more relieved than annoyed, at least she didn't have to go shooting anybody again. She walked back towards the bacta room, laying her rifle up against the wall. She then lifted up her shirt halfway, examining her wound from earlier. Ok, she had to admit that was beyond impressive. The wound was still their, yes, but it didn't sting as much as it had earlier and the wound looked...cleaner? It was shallower and looked as if what weeks of healing would've been, instead it had been done within minutes. Kaiya then found some bandages near the bacta tank before wrapping up her midsection. Kaiya then brushed some of her damp red hair out of her face, moving it back over her other eye. She then walked out of the room and into the pilots room where Xiarr currently was. She sat herself down at the seat to the right of Xiarr, her green eyes taking in all of the lights of the distant stars as they then went to hyperspace, something Kaiya had only seen once in her life. Though, seeing it again was just like the same experience all over again. She was mesmerized by the sight of going into hyperspace, it was so beautiful. It was unlike anything Kaiya had ever seen, it was absolutely stunning and breath-taking.
"Wow....it's so beautiful"

Xiarr shook his head and took off his protective gloves and bracers, placing them down on a desk right next to him. Now, where to go? Well, first they had to drop the guard off somewhere, Dagobah maybe? Or they could just throw her into an airlock, but as he said he didn't want to kill someone for doing their job, however taking them away from their home was probably much worse. The blue glow of hyperspace reflected off of Xiarr's face, it was still amazing every time. "Hm, where to? Could give Ession another visit, doubt I wouldn't be arrested though..." His muttering to himself was interrupted by Kaiya observing the stars for what he assumed was the first time. "Beautiful? That's an understatement. The idea of an entire galaxy filled with Quintillions of beings ready to be explored still amazes me every time." He then turned to Kaiya, interested in where she acquired her armor. "Say, where did you get that armor? Doubt you were one of Graf's boys." He knew that the answer was going to involve crime, but he got most of his gadgets from working with the Syndicate, so he couldn't really complain much.

"Wait. Their are quintillions of planets out there?!" Kaiya said with a shocked look on her face.
It was just so hard to imagine all of that, billions upon billions of planets with millions upon millions of people on each one. That...it sounded like something out of a factional story, yet here it all was. Kaiya witnessed possibly hundreds of planets and stars that they passed as they shot through hyperspace. It was so weird with everything passing by with a blur. It was just so...breathtaking and awe-inspiring to see all of this and just think about all of this. It just sounded so unreal and unnatural. It didn't seem like it were even real at all, though Kaiya had heard stories about other worlds before. She had just always assumed their were just a few planets, not billions of them. Kaiya was pulled away from her thoughts about space when Xiarr spoke up again. He was asking about her armor, which was a simple enough story to explain.
"Well...uhm, I stole it actually. I saw it while prowling around the marketplace and thought 'Hey that looks cool, it would also probably be rather useful.' I quickly stole it and ran out of their just as the owner was chasing after me, luckily I was able to make It out of there...The actual reason I got it was just to be safe...y-you see...a few weeks earlier some random pirate had tried mugging me...I fought back against him...h-he began to choke the l-life out of me...a-and he stabbed me...with my own knife might I add....a-after I had shot him with his own gun...It...uhm it's why It was so hard to do anything when you were strangling me...I....I...uhm..." Kaiya winced slightly at remembering what happened. She had remembered ever since that day the feeling of the knife sliding into her with an unmatched savagery. It was still painful for her to think about it, having been so close to death. It's also what had made her have a fear of suffocation, one of the primary reasons it had become so hard for her to breathe when Xiarr had been choking her, not so much from being able to breathe...but more from the fear. She still shuddered at the thought, reaching a hand up to her neck unconsciously, feeling the remnants of bruises from earlier around her neck. "The same gun that you oh so righteously hacked to pieces. Anyways, I escaped and made it to my friends place where he patched me up...Ha, you should've seen the look on his face when I stumbled into his house, hand on my stomach with my hand all covered in blood..."

"Yes, in this galaxy alone at the very least. Who knows how many where in their galaxy the Vong came from, and whatever civilizations lay behind that..." Xiarr quickly shook his head, knowing that he probably wasn't going to have an all too intelligent conversation with a street urchin, but he would do his best to teach her in due time. She may not be a force sensitive, but he felt up to the task of teaching her a trick or two.

After hearing as to how and why she got her armor, it was actually a tad bit more interesting than had initially expected. The whole choking part certainly explained why she struggled so much when he did it to her. He would have shared his past struggles to her, but for now, he knew that aura of the mystery kept her on edge and revealing too much this early into their partnership probably wasn't the most advisable.

"Yes, the same gun I'm sure you've used to extort dozens of their money, and perhaps even take a couple lives. Plus, it's not like BlasTech is going out of business anytime soon." He looked out into hyperspace, gazing at the millions of stars that passed by every second.

"Look...it...it's not like that at all. You think I like mugging people? Killing them?! Well I don't, so don't go thinking I'm a murderer...I don't try to be one! I don't want to kill them...but sometimes, they fight back and I panic. As for the money...well I take it from the rich snobs. Them living all up in luxury with no worries in the world, it's best I show them what the world is actually like down in the streets...I try to pick my targets carefully..."
Kaiya looked out through the large window of the cockpit, looking into the hyperspace to try and clear her thoughts. She didn't really want to argue with Xiarr, but it was kind of hard to at the moment with what he was saying. She knew he didn't mean much by them, but his words still irked her nonetheless. She was trying her best to justify what she had done on an almost daily basis, though it was hard. To top it all off, Kaiya didn't know what she had told Xiarr what all had happened. She could've just ended it at stealing the armor...but no she decided to just ramble on. Talking about it often made her uncomfortable and anxious, which was starting to sink in right about now...which wouldn't help any.

Rich snobs? Xiarr liked to think he did the best at making himself look like the quite the opposite. He pondered as Kaiya turned away to face the windows. As he stared at the map of the known galaxy, he thought of something. He was technically a criminal himself, just not an exploiter of your every average day joe. He sighed and turned to face Kaiya. "What was I to you then, because I didn't look like an aristocrat now did I? Look, I'm not perfect myself, I've helped a rather dangerous criminal cartel multiple times, and it's only furthered my progress, but even then I refused to take anything from those who already have so little." He paused for a second, looking to hyperspace briefly before turning back to Kaiya. "It doesn't matter now, you're far from that rock, and I doubt you have any plans about going back." He then looked back out in hyperspace once again, thinking about what their next move was.

"T-that...you were an easy target a-and.....oh never mind. I usually don't take from those who have so little....I try my best to take from the rich...you try living on Nar Shaddaa. Look...j-just forget I said anything.....I've already embarrassed myself enough as it is...," Kaiya said with a defeated look.
Kaiya just wanted to drop the subject now, she didn't really want to dwell into it anymore. Xiarr had made his point...and all it did was make her feel even more guilty over what she had done. She looked at him, trying to read what he was thinking along with where to go. Then it hit her of where to go. Home...Endor, it had been so long...but, it wouldn't be the same anyways. All of the forests were probably cut down and replaced by cities of metal, replacing the once beauty of nature with something...unnatural and cold. She wanted to ask Xiarr about Endor, about what happened to it...but all she felt was flustered and nervous. A blush was creeping up her cheeks, mostly out of embarrassment for trying to argue with him and for failing to try and ask him a simple question. Timidness, her one eternal enemy.

Xiarr sighed, still not sure as to where to go. He should probably start with a bounty, but where would he find that? As he thought about it some more, he scrapped the whole bounty idea and thought of a planet he had long yearned to visit, Maanaan. The secrets of that ocean world were nearly limitless, and exploring with a partner at his side would make it all the easier. He knew it belonged to the First World Coalition, but it was unlikely they would care about his presence. He then looked up at Kaiya. "Manaan, ever heard of it? An ocean world filled with all sorts of interesting secrets, all I hope is that you know how to swim..." He punched in the coordinates and the ship set off towards the water world, however, it would take quite a bit of time to travel there from the Outer Rim. He heard about the hostile sharks, but he also knew that sonic emitters could be used to keep them away. Other than that he really didn't know much about the ocean world.

"Yeah I've heard of it...filled with all sorts of deep-sea creatures and mysteries. Sounds like it'll be fun...but uh. I have a question. Uhm...do you know what the First Order's done to Endor? I'm curious cause...uh...that's where I grew up, and I'd just like to know the state of things their..." Kaiya felt embarrassed as soon as she had said anything about Endor, but she did really want to know what had happened to it. It was her home after all, despite having not spent lots of time there...she still considered it her one true home.

Manaan sounded like a rather interesting place to visit. Of everywhere Kaiya had heard or read about, she had never imagined going to an ocean world. She supposed it was cause of the great unknown, anything could be below you, ready to eat you and you would never even know it was their at all. The thought just made her shudder, one of the reasons she had never particularly wanted to go to an ocean world before. Though, this did sound like it could be a great deal of fun and offer a great deal of exploration. Though, she'd probably stay close to Xiarr cause he had the force and a light saber. Which would probably work better than using a blaster underwater. Heck, she didn't even know if a blaster would work at all under all that water.

Endor? Last time he had been to that system he fought some sort of Vader wannabe, and he wasn't all too pleasant. However, he had no idea what The First Order had done to the forest moon, through all of their propaganda about the being the true force of good in the galaxy, it was hard to see any truth. "I doubt much, it's probably now used as some sort of giant archeologic site for those Knights of Ren or whatever they call themselves these days." He paused and they thought back to what Kaiya had just said. She grew up on Endor? That was unexpected, to say the least, however, Xiarr didn't want to bother to ask her about it right now. He then looked down at his lightsaber and sighed, it wouldn't work submerged unless he did some heavy tinkering, and that really wasn't his specialty. The sonic emitters should be decent at keeping any creatures away thankfully. Xiarr then looked back out into hyperspace, they should reach the ocean world in a few hours, as the ship was all too familiar with the hyperlane.

"Uh...have you ever been to Endor before, you know before the First Order decided to take it over? Speaking of that, you ever seen any Ewoks before? Sorry for asking so many questions...it's just...I'm curious about what's happened to it ever since we left..." Kaiya asked Xiarr curiously. She wanted to know if the Endor she had known and grown up with was still around, at least she hoped that it still was.

Kaiya still hated the First Order for what they had done, and she feared for what they had done to Endor. She hoped that the trees and wildlife and just...everything was still around on Endor...though that was unlikely. The FO and their 'Knights of Teen's or whatever they were called, had probably done what Xiarr said they might done to Endor. She hoped that he was wrong. Why would they even need to build an archeological site on Endor? Sure their were cool artefacts of the Old Galactic Empire, but that was it. Their wasn't really much of monetary value on Endor. The value that came with Endor was in it's nature, all of the trees around with grass and bushes sprouted about everywhere. Then the Ewoks, she had never really seen them before but she had heard them running about overhead.

"Yes, I was there, briefly before the occupation. Come across as to what I assumed was a First Order scout after finally finding a rather historic site." This "historic site" was nothing more than a pile of ash nowadays, but it was the site where Vader himself was burned, and it was strong in the force. "Ewoks? No, I know what they are but I never came across them." Well, this certainly explained as to why she was drawn to the scout trooper armor. he had come across quite the few scout trooper helmets rotting in the soil. "How and why where you raised in Endor of all places? It's not exactly the most advanced of all places." Xiarr finally said it, he had to admit he was intrigued by the idea of somehow living in an almost entirely forested planet. He then looked back to the galactic map, and they were now rather close to Manaan, which was just fine by him.

"Uhm...well I was born their and lived with my parents for the first few years of my life. Despite being so young...I always had an appreciation for the place, it was always so peaceful and just...I don't know why, but I just loved wandering through the forests of Endor. We lived in a little village with a few other families and...it was just so nice. But then...we had to leave because of those...those, I can't find the right words to describe them but you know who I mean!...So, we went to Nar Shaddaa cause it was the cheapest we could afford. And then...uhm...well......." Kaiya had began confidently, but her voice slowly wavered until she stopped talking entirely. She didn't really want to tell Xiarr about what had happened to her parents, it brought back too many painful memories. She hoped that by her stopping just before, Xiarr wouldn't pressure her to continue on. She personally never felt comfortable sharing anything about her past so Xiarr was lucky. She was happy and trusting of Xiarr for sparing her life, though she didn't entirely want to tell him everything that had happened in her past...that could wait for possibly a later date.

Xiarr nodded and turned back to the map, it was obvious that she didn't want to talk about the rest, yet anyways. He himself had never known his parents, which he felt was both a blessing and a curse. He himself never really knew his heritage, most he knew was that he was from Lothal, him coming from a Rim world really wasn't that much of a surprise. Speaking of worlds, the ship came to a halt and the blue world of Manaan was visible. He let out a sigh of relief and he guided the ship to the only white dot visible on the planet, Ahto City. The ship landed on a shining pale hanger, and Xiarr quickly stood up and watched the ramp slam down onto the hanger's surface. He walked down and waited for Kaiya, however, he was soon interrupted by a rather curious Selkath. "By Shasa herself, is that a Republic Corvette? One hasn't graced our hangers since Revan!" Xiarr simply nodded, watching the Selkath admire the ship before motioning for them to enter the city.

Kaiya gasped at the sight of the big blue wall of a planet in front of her. To think, all of that was water...water. It just sounded and looked so unbelievable and unreal, like it were out of a fairy tale. Before she knew it, the ship had already landed in a hanger on the planet. That was certainty quick, quicker than Kaiya had expected for it to be. She followed Xiarr out of the ship, staying close to him to lead her around. She was in an unknown and foreign place, and she certainty didn't want to get lost and not be able to find her way back again. Though, the offer was tempting to say the least...especially in such a beautiful place. Her eyes looked all around the hanger, taking in all of the smooth metal framework that was so eloquently constructed yet could hold pounds of metal atop of it.

Xiarr walked out of an empty spaceport to see a bustling city, filled with market stands and water fountains, so many water fountains. Near the coast was a single stall with diving suits and sonic emitters, but he decided to explore the city first, and he could see the amazement on Kaiya's face. He walked through the city center, much cleaner and open then the giant slum that was Nar Shadda.

Xiarr looked out towards the edges of the city to see a vast ocean, which he knew held many more cities beneath the surface, but getting to them without being an aquatic species was a nightmare. He then stopped in the city center to turn back to Kaiya. "So much to do, but it feels like we have such little time... What do you feel like doing anyways?" The city was very humid, and Xiarr pulled his hood down due to the heat.

Kaiya walked alongside Xiarr at a leisurely stroll, taking in all of the sights and beauty of the city. Despite how much she loved nature, she had to admit that cities could be quite beautiful at times. The buildings all looked so exquisite and they each reflected the nature of the world, an underwater aquatic world of mystery. Nothing was over the top luckily, yet it all felt and looked as if it belonged where it was. Kaiya followed Xiarr's gaze to where the ocean was and it took her breath away...it was just so...wow. It was hard to put it in words, what she was feeling and what she was seeing. It was outstanding and looked like a sight out of a painting of old. Kaiya was drawn away from her thoughts when Xairr asked her, what she felt like doing. Only problem, she had no clue as to what to do at the moment. It was all just so much to process.
"Uh...t-to be honest, I have no idea what their is to do here, sorry."

Xiarr nodded and walked over to the stand he had seen earlier with the suits and sonic emitters, looking at the Selkath behind the stall. "Ah, why hello! Interested in my merchandise?" Xiarr took out a bag of credits and then looked at two sonic emitters. "Two of each please." The Selkath walked over to the suits and placed them on the table, whilst handing Kaiya the sonic emitters, likely assuming she was some sort of servant. Xiarr picked up the suits and walked off to the edge of the city, gazing into the vast sparkling sea. They couldn't really dive, instead they would have to slide down towards the water and then jump. Xiarr put his suit on and waited for Kaiya to do the same, looking down into the sea once again. He wondered what was really down there other then sharks schools of fish, they would find out just that wouldn't they?
