Starships especially had to be carefully constructed due to unreliable and unstable reactor systems, and their size was limited due to the destruction or abandonment of many major shipbuilding worlds. As well, the lack of large and wealthy factions created a shortage of investment heavy products including rare metals and force-related goods.
Recently the text was recovered by a private salvage team operating in the reaches of Wild Space, contained within a hulk bearing still active war droids that may have dated back even further than the Gulag Virus itself. The artifact was then restored to its original state and is intended for auction through the means provided by the rise of Underworld Credits.
