On Your Head Be It. (Carona Totsari)

Dalansa

Little Miss Psychopath
Arkania

Dalansa stood on a street corner, as close tho the building as possible. Otherwise, she would draw the attention of passersby, and would at best, be shoved back into the wall. At worst, she would have to fight her way back to the Lady Starsnow. And she didn't want that. The Offshoot reached into her belt's largest pouch, wrapping her hand around the hold-out blaster inside. It was a last resort, but a handy one. She wasn't good with it, but it would help. It would certainly help. Unless another Jedi showed up. She shivered, but not from the snow, or the cold of the planet. She wasn't keen on another fight. But she would if she had to.

Young Padawan Carona Totsari turned a corner. She shivered, pulling her snow gear closer around her. This cold planet was like Hoth!

The mute togruta pulled herself together though, and kept her hands stiffly over her two shortos in reaction to the longing for defense. The Force was screaming something, something this girl could not understand. Right in the midst of her tracks, the Jedi stopped. She used the Force to search around... she realized she was not alone.

Dalansa's every motion stopped as @[member="Carona Totsari"] rounded the corner, shivering. The togruta was wary, and seemed to be unused to the cold of Arkania. But that didn't catch the Offshoot's attention. It was the girl's hands, or more accurately, what they were resting on. The lightsabers. Here that ment one thing.
"Jedi."
As soon as the words left her mouth, she regretted it. The padawan would see her now, try and take her in to face "justice". Reaching for her saber, the black hilt slid into her hand, almost activated. But not yet. She needed to be sure she could win. Otherwise, she would pretend like nothing was wrong. Hopefully it didn't come to that.
She never had been good at lying.

Carona's eyes locked on a muscular woman when she spat at her status. Carona blinked. She reached out with her telepathic abilities 'Yes? What's wrong?'

Then Carona noted how uptight and anxious this woman looked. Carona also caught the glimpse of a black, double bladed lightsaber.

Carona's eyes widened when she realized she may be dealing with an enemy.

As soon as @[member="Carona Totsari"] spoke in her mind, the saber in her hand flashed on. "Get out of my head!" If she was in there, she may know more than ever should be known. And now, she needed to stop her from revealing it. Ever. The blade came up, slashing at the padawan's shoulder. If left unblocked, it would slice through the bone, leaving her, literally, unarmed. If not, Dalansa would continue swinging. It was late enough that everyone was asleep. If this went quickly enough, she could avoid another run-up with the law.

Carona was taken back by the surges of aggression this woman suddenly showed. Instantly, Carona Force jumped several feet behind herself, drawing her duel-phase, red lightsaber from a pocket and defensively used it in a defensive Soresu.

For about five blocks she did good, but the sixth or seventh one didn't work in the sense that the slashing sent her flying several few back.

After landing, Carona briefly struggled to get to her feet. She stood up, her lightsaber form locked as she placed the lightsaber in front of her, and she examined her larger opponent.

Carona sighed, 'What am I supposed to do?? I'm mute! Can we not fight and just be cool with everything?'

Dalansa's blade lashed out again any again, the weapon carving swift arcs in the air. "Get." She brought the weapon down as healed as she could, aiming for the girl's head. "Out." Sweeping for a sidestrike, she activated the second blade and added it to the assault. "Of." The saberstaff came down at her shoulder, and then flicked up to strike her hip. "My." The girl paused the assault to attempt to force push @[member="Carona Totsari"] in the chest. "Head."

Carona's weakness in combat was using a lightsaber. This large duel blading saber allowed minimal movement as she barely blocked all the attacks.

Carona however, was smart and was incredibly attuned with the Force. The girl was able to tell when she was aiming a Force Push towards her.

With a blade so long, all she had to do was dig her blade into the ground. Carona felt herself get shoved several inches back, but that was all. And her feet never left the ground.

Carona decided that she should end this battle soon. She pulled her weapon out from the rocks beneath, deactivated it, and put the blade back in its pouch. She was prepared to pull her shortos out in a split second, but as of now she aimed a powerful Force Push towards her opponent.

The Force was her strength.

Dalansa was shocked as [member="Carona Totsari"] not only countered a force push, but also put away her blade. While still in saber range. And the Offshoot swung at her with all the power she had, switching off the extra blade before bringing it down full force on the padawan's head. If she failed to dodge, than the girl was bisected and that was not a good option. However, if she dodged, Dalansa would be off-balanced, and skid through the snow with the force push her opponent was to deliver.
