One Day

As the sun set BB took Adi to a quite spot near the starport to watch the various ships take off and land. As they did BB pointed out all sorts of them, telling her what the different shapes and markings meant, and this was all for a point.

"Adi, each one of those ships is an adventure. A ticket to new places and experiences. Now they may not all be easy, or happy but they all have one thing in common. They are free.." BB said.

"So here we are, it is about midnight so to speak and my question is this. Do you stay a slave? I do you live free?"

BB took back out her slave collar and offered it back to Adi. The decision was hers now and hers alone....

BB pulls away from the kiss, look down at the ground then to Adi. He wasn't in this for love, and he was now confused and a little angry she had chosen not to accept her freedom. Taking her by the hand he quietly took her home to her masters estate. BB had noting much left to say by then, taking the devise from her pocket his kissed her on the forehead and told her to "Take care."

It was a somber walk back to the Starr for BB, but he understood some people get institutionalized and for them freedom is not something they can handle. So he walked, back to his medical cutter and then into space, ready for the next adventure
