P.S. oh and could I get a link to where orbital bombing is classified as superweapon, please? I checked, couldn't find it among its piers, so maybe we are using different sources and I wouldn't want to do something else that is not allowed with technology

Not really. No more so that picking someone up and crushing their throat. The big thing, as with everything, is communication between both sides. And even barring that, as long as the other side isn't saying "I target your face! You're dead", you can handwave surviving a half dozen different ways with minimal difficulty. The key is knowing to give a little to take a little. You can't expect one person to fall over and take hits from you if you don't take hits.
