Just want to add a clarification to one of the rules before we kick this off!

- Each combatant may bring only two melee weapons.

This means there will be no ranged weaponry. Any melee weapon that doubles as a ranged weapon will be permitted, although the ranged function will be considered switched off. An example of such a weapon would be a lightsaber hilt that also functions as a blaster. Use of the ranged function would equal to a disqualification (which really means just a post edit ).

There is of course nothing stopping you from throwing your melee weapons, but keep in mind, you only have two.

As a rule, judges make the intro post, and set the stage for the fighters. The final rounds will be held at the Academy arena, where people can come watch, if they like. Otherwise, the location is random and entirely up to the judges.

No time limit has been set. Communication is key. Drop him/her a PM, include your judge if you like. If there is no response, or the fight continues to drag on with unreasonably long replies, we can talk about a default decision being made. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
