Matsu looked at him and it was plaina nd neutral while she spoke looking around. The darkside might radiate off of the valley and tombs but the meshed robes she was wearing were far more sturdy to prevent and keep it back from herself. "Which form would you like to learn?" There were many and she worked to study and know how to teach them all to flow in combat situations if she needed to compared to a few. Meant she wasn't the ultimate user but she was better then mot and knew how to pace herself so she had more endurance then many of the others. "There are many forms the jedi have developed and used over the generations. Saying teach a form without an idea of what you want can be very difficult."

"Well I've always hear that defense is the best offense , master Ike, so could you please teach me the most defensive form?", he said with an enthusiastic tone to his voice. He felt that he was surrounded by the dark side, and it sent shivers down his spine. "Maybe a form, that included defense and offense in one, by dual-wielding lightsabers.".

Duel wielding form? She was curious if that was what he meant as she was looking at him for a moment wondering fully. There was a lot that could happen and be done between here and learning how to use two lightsabers effectively. Matsu herself was looking at the bigger things while presenting her attention to the tried and true methods when she went about it. "It is not easy to duel wield let along try and move through different combat forms. Defensive would be soresu and makashi but for different things. One to defend and work with those who use lightsabers while the other is useful as an overall defensive skill." She stayed with it while preparing herself with a few taps to the side of the walls while searching for chambers or anything they had hidden in here.

Matsu looked at him while he wanted to work on many of the things. Makashi was an important thing when you could work on it and going through many of the rooms until she was in one of the chambers down below and could feel it. The force nexus here was twisted and turned around before she was moving over with some of her attention to the bigger things. The waters were glowing with green energy as she crouched down and looked at it seeing the bones of the progenitor they had constructed this pit with. "Makashi is a noble style to use, learning it from a young age can be very helpful and we shall be able to start your training soon." But first while she was looking over it with a nod of her head.

Undin was curious what her master was doing "Master why are you examining this old pit?" , he said while examining it aswell.

Matsu looked at the pit and then at the padawan while she could feel the healing energies of it and the darkside taint that arose from the pit itself. "because it isn't old, these bones are from the progenitor that was on Manaan, the kolto is infused with the darkside of the force and it is in the dark lords tomb." She stayed with it looking over a few of the things there where they had a rack to lower a body into it. "I am suspecting this was one of the keys to restoring the dark lord to life after he had been defeated and killed several times. The final time it was because jedi decided to assassinate him and remove his head to be their own grisly prize instead of doing it with detachment."

"This place is giving me the chills" he said with a scared face. Dark lord? What dark lord? Maybe ... the Emperor? He had tought to himself , or Darth Revan? Anyway he was spooked out , but didn't want to seem weak.

Matsu looked at him as she remained there crouched bringing her hand back up where it had the kolto between her fingers with a small look on her face. "It is unnerving I'll admit but that is one of the risks on worlds like this. Where a strong darkside presence has been festering and corrupting each building and crevice of it. Here in the tomb he made for himself it is likely even worse." Though she was wearing the mesh and the lightside enhancements they had been working on pushed back and prevented the darkside from influencing or creeping along her back. Slowly the jedi master set a beacon and if she could study the pit that was created it could prove invaluable to understanding what sort of corruption had been spread and possibly a way to stop it.

"Whose tomb is this master?, he said still creeped out by the building. He then remembered that Master Ike still had his lightsaber , and it would be better if he had it on him, just in case anyone appeared. "Also Master , may I have my lightsaber back?".

She looked at him and didn't remember taking the saber when he showed it to her but stranger things had happened while she returned it. "The dark lord of the One Sith didn't have a name he just was until he died." She guessed he might have had a name at one point but wasn't really inclined to try and learn it while her forearm pad brought up the holodisplay and started mapping and looking over the information in the pit. "His tomb though will likely be repurposed into something but this chamber will need to be carefully worked with if we want to understand how they did it. The One Sith could have made more chambers like this and it would ensure they can always come back."

"Well I came here to explore and I found you, I am not sure what brought you here." She said it recalling he had been in here when she was moving with most of the things there. The beacons that could work with her people who were on the world working over several of the things. Recovering information from the ancient databanks that still remained and some of the back up servers they had constructed to preserve the order. "In these tombs you should work on resisting and building up the skills of a jedi initiate. The first skills a padawans needs to learn is how to resist temptation of the darkside, to block its call from their mind. Something not many others seek to learn."

To resist all mental influence and attack or resist the darkside when it presents itself to them." Matsu stood there for a moment while she straightened herself. "it starts with identification of the darkside. The sensations and feelings it has in an area. From there you look to what it causes you to feel and acknowledge that while you might feel it you do not have to let it have a place in your mind or actions. You slowly work to block it out of your body and your being until you no longer feel it and whenever you feel that energy, those emotions, those sensations you have a natural response to them of resisting and blocking it out." Matsu spoke it and thought about it while she explained walking back up the sections to an open area that was being excavated to let her outside.

Matsu paused there for a moment letting it hang in the air as she needed a little more. IT was hard to really get a grasp when the padawan was very vague on things. She didn't have an idea about his parents deaths or anything really. he had a saber, he had the potential to use the force but that was about it while she was walking outside to meet with the other jedi she had brought with her. They were taking samples and recording data from the rest of the valley with the probe droids but over all she would leave rebuilding to the others. Sasori was just here renovating one of the old buildings where Hanna had held a penthouse and reconstructing it for herself along with some of the other things. "I do not have much to say about that, there is not literally nothing to go on."
