I have gathered you all here today (tonight, this morning, potato, patahtoe) because you have expressed interest in my Dark Swarm event. All others who see this thread and are interested in the story I have put together here are welcome to join in. Just say so in this forum.

Anyhousen, the first step in this direction is step one: First Contact. Each of you will have to find a reason that you would encounter the Heralds. Here is a list of reasons why you would be involved:

• You are or are related to a leader of types, be it a politician, a sheriff of the law, a godfather of crime, etc. The Heralds' targets are such people; people who are capable of leading on any scale that could pose a threat to the future invasion.
• You are part of or lead a special organization, such as a business or agency that's not as influential as a planetary government's intelligence bureau, but still has pull in at least part of the galaxy. You have received very specific information from an unknown source that details the time, place and target of attacks that will be committed in your section of the galaxy. It's your choice whether you or your superiors decide to act on the info, try to stop the attacks and/or try to track down the illusive source of information.
• You are a bystander who witnessed an attack by a Herald.
• You have been contacted and brought in to help by someone or people who were given the leaked info or by people who witnessed the attacks.

Whatever you choose, it will be best to establish here how you wish to help start the party. From there, I will know which types of threads to start and who to direct where.

The course of this event will involve many a thread, I'm sure. Have fun, everyone.

Hey, i of course spoke to you via PM earlier.

My character's parents are politicians from Naboo so they would be targets. My character is not a politician but due to the fact she stays with her parents she would be a victim/bystander of an attack. giving her a reason to fit into all of this
