OOC - Nevermore

I have seen decently written acolytes take on, hold their own, and win against masters. Post count does not matter much. Even someone who knows nothing has a chance.

I'm not going to play my character like a master-wan to compete with a Sith Lord. She doesn't even own a lightsaber at this stage.

Sure, fun.

You've made your intentions pretty clear from your first OOC post, and I doubt you have any intention of making this fun for anyone but yourself.

While by no means a master of the force like Damien the morally sound Anzat, who was capable of draining the soup from entire cities, or like Tirdarius who could sense the presence of a single individual he had never met, of a particular species he knew not was there, in the middle of a heavily populated area he was not observing, and who posed no immediate danger to him or those around him as the prey he hunted consumed the already dead before he pinpointed their exact location and headed towards it. Seria was still force sensitive, and as the four dark presences converged on her position, seemingly swarming her as she mistakenly attempted to aid one of them. A feeling of immense danger uttered through the back of her mind, sending tingles of fear and dread across her body as she slowly withdrew her hand and pulled up her hood, before grabbing her rucksack and quickly heading into the kitchen. Once inside, she turned off any lit stoves, before turning the gas of each on, letting the flammable gas fill the room as she placed a short fused detonator upon a high shelf. Once outside, she quickly descended down an alley moving away from the restaurants entrance before joining the nearest crowd and heading towards the closest public transport station that would get her offworld.

(Leaving the thread, I had no intention of joining this to get involved in a battle. I hope Tir and Damien have fun fighting each other to the death)

So, rather than just sensing the danger closing in on you and doing the civilized thing and simply retreating....yoooou head into the kitchen...a densely occupied kitchen with two dozen or more chefs and even more droids collecting orders and turn off the stoves. The stoves they are 'cooking' at and would never just let you 'touch'. And make your way out the back while intending to blow up the joint?

Not gonna lie thats...pretty low. And now i can kinda understand why they wanna hurt you because no one in that restaurant did 'anything' to you nor did they want to. I don't have an issue with you even putting the fuse and stuff on the shelf...i understand the intimate threat on your life made you wanna ditch the thread. Tbh i sometimes feel the same way.

My gripe with it is...how? How did she even 'get' into the kitchen with chefs cooking and manning all the stations. Then some hooded figures walks on back messes with their equipment and then puts a fuse charge on a shelf in visible view of pretty much everyone? Thats not very...realistic. You could of just up and left the thread rather than going through rather dishonest means to get the 'last word' in before you dip out. Like really?

[member="Tirdarius"] And not siding with her or anyone here really but uh. Maybe not chase out new characters? Kinda sucks to be on the receiving end of when Sith Lords or Jedi Masters start wanting to scrap with level 1 scrubs =x. I know its what a 'character' would do and the such but still, i know what that is like and it personally feels like an attack on the one just wanting to have fun in an RP. Even if she basically mercy killed some fools. Besides, to be fair Zen is the one who killed them not her x_x. I dunno, i just don't like bad blood between ppl =(

I don't really think he was chasing her out, I think he was trying to have a bit of fun. He's been around here for a while, I highly doubt he'd stoop to scaring away newcomers. And even if he did, he couldn't go around killing newbies without getting serious backlash from the rest of the community and the staff. The whole point of this site, from my eyes at least, is to both develop as a writer and have fun. I haven't been around for long, and I don't know what Tirdarius is like, but if the two of them were to get in a fight, I think he'd be mature enough to handle it in a way both parties could find some enjoyment in it.

[member="Seria Ventreme"] I think you reacted a bit extremely. If he wants a fight and you don't there are better ways to go about it than the way you did. Handle it here or PM him about it, no need to drag it into the actual RP. I get that you're upset and if you no longer want to be in the RP that's fine, but what you did was uncalled for. Besides, both Tirdarius and Damien are highly skilled in the Force, them sensing the presence of someone, even in a densely populated area, that's not outside the realm of possibility. And they would not have outright killed you, I'm pretty sure that's against the rules.

This thread has a lot of potential from my eyes, I'd hate to see it squandered.

[member="Shorarri"] Just so i get my next post right and got everything right, Shora took Blake and pretty much is carrying her into the Rain yes? And is handing her to Tir? Just making sure i'm on the same page lol.

@BR-T3 "Zen" Meh, you should of seen a thread i had not to long ago. One second a slave auction, the next the entire joint was on fire and soldiers were bursting through the ceiling while gunfights raged and sabre battles sparked. This is pretty tame compared to that but its the OOC stuff that is kinda making it seem a bit worse lol.
